We had a new opener installed in August of 2021 and had the wireless app installed for remote garage door opening through our smart phone. All worked well until we upgraded our internet service to 5G a month ago. Now the phone app won’t work. This was the reason for the service call. Service tech stated that unfortunately there is no fix for this. Now I know that our opener/opener app won’t work with the 5G internet. Guess we’ll just have to live with the issue.

I'm relatively new to Delaware, OH, and have had to call a couple of times for garage door opener issues on the home I purchased. On the first occasion, the springs on my door broke; on the second service call 7 months later, one of the replacement springs malfunctioned. I've appreciated the fact that in both cases, a technician was able to come to my house on the day that I called. He was courteous and professional, explained exactly what was wrong, what needed repairing and why, and promptly completed the work. On the second trip, I'd planned to add an upgraded part to my system and the technician's manager gave it to me the $150 part for free since because of the spring failure. I'll continue to use Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend it to potential customers.

Tom P. Called and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes to 1 hour. He arrived in 54 minutes, right on time. He was very professional ( except he smelled like cigarettes). He gave me 3 different estimates, good, better, best. I talk with him as he completed the install. He was pleasant to talk to. He did complete the install in 1.25 hours. Which would have been about 1 hour if we didn’t talk so much. This is not the first time I have used this company. I am once again pleased with the quality of the work and the technician, other than he smelled like cigarettes. I will use them again if needed. I think they are a little pricey but the quality of their work very good. P.S. Tom enjoy your Vacation and cruise next year.
