Mike did a great job installing a garage door opener in my mother in law’s brand new home. He showed up to generate an estimate for the work and ended up installing everything in under two hours. I highly recommend Precision based on this experience.

James Damron is an awesome representative for your company. Very personal and professional and provided me with options and excellent explanations to go with them. I could not be happier with the results and will highly recommend him and Precision Door every chance I get. You should be proud of your associate.

We're in the process of getting estimates for replacement of our old garage door and opener at this time. We would like to get at least two more estimates for the job from at least two more companies before we make our final decision. Your representative, Jeff Johnson, was very helpful and thorough and provided complete estimates complete with photos for two types of garage doors with different R values. We will keep you in mind and inform of our decision, hopefully, by the end of this week.

Matt came to my home to fix my garage door that wouldn't open. He was on time and did a great job replacing the motor and various parts of the door. I like the way he listed options for me to replace at the time or delay until later. He was professional and competent. I would ask for Precision Service again in the futures.

Our garage door spring broke, and the car was inside unable to open the garage door. I called Precision at 10PM on the night before the Holiday, and they responded and fixed the problem the next morning.

I used precision at a previous property was very happy with them. Today was for another property. Tim was nice, polite and extremely informative. He took his time explaining everything to me. They arrived within approximately one hour after I called for repairs. He had all of the parts to replace the spring and to do additional work on worn out parts. He took the time and looked at another “commercial “ door I have on my barn. Lubed the moving parts and explained to me additional things about that particular door. Fantastic experience with this company both times.

I used Precision about a year and a half ago when our garage door failed, and had an excellent experience. This time, we moved to a new house that didn’t have an opener at all. Again, David (who also serviced our previous home) came in, assessed quickly, gave me an honest recommendation on what needed done as well as a couple of options for a new opener that would suit my preference. Ultimately, there needed to be a lot of repairs due to the age and wear and tear on the mechanical side of the garage door. David also installed a new opener with accommodating keypad and remotes. David is professional, courteous, friendly, personable. He’s exactly the kind of guy you want coming to your house to work on your garage door. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I am a repeat customer with Precision Garage door and I was very satisfied with Thomas Timmons. He was very professional and courteous, plus very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He gave me 2 different estimates on new garage doors, plus an estimate on just fixing the problem I was concerned about. I will be making a decision on which estimate to go for. I would and have highly recommended PD for all your Garage door needs. If your looking for a repairmen, I highly recommend Thomas Timmons.

I liked the fact that the company has weekend appointments without an extra fee. My tech, who went by Mo, was very courteous and helpful. He seemed like he enjoyed his job. He interacted well with people and explained what he was doing. I was happy the job could be done on the weekend. My garage door was open the whole night before. Thank you, Jo Jones
