I had a new garage door installed last year. All the technicians that had come to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done timely. Recently called due to garage door not opening from inside or if opened not closing. Someone came out that same day to look at the problem. Ended up being a minor fix and appreciated the quick response. Above all, the technician was outstanding. Dealt with me fairly and had good character!

The technician was very prompt and highly courteous. He quickly looked at the garage door and did his assessment. He determined that he could fix it for the time being. The original garage door install was the incorrect size and weight for the spring/tension rod. He disconnected the garage door opener to have it operate manually. Still, I cannot open it because I am short, and that is okay. At least he told me what was wrong with it and was honest about what needed to be done to repair it. I am grateful.

They were able to come look at my door right away. Josh the technician was prompt and professional, and went over what might go wrong with our door in the future. Cost was much less than expected, and door was able to be repaired same day. Hold music was so cringe worthy I almost hung up, glad I didn't.
