Dave, the Precision tech, exceeded my expectations. He arrived early in the expected time window, looked at the door condition and we discussed a range of repair and replacement choices. We thought he was thorough and we were very, very happy to know he had everything he needed on the truck. I commented I recalled the Precision commercial which includes the line that the trucks are like a warehouse on wheels. That certainly was true. Dave worked for about five hours straight, and the door works beautifully. It may seem expensive but when I look at it on a per-use basis, it is very, very inexpensive. And it is whisper-quite compared to the previous door motor. Dave's comments about Precision were very positive, reinforcing my decision to call for the service. I will be showing the work to my neighbors when I get the chance.

Precision Door came out within an hour of booking my appointment- Gary was so polite and friendly, and had my door repaired in no time! I’ve used Precision Door in the past and always found their work to be impeccable- even coming on Christmas Eve one year when a spring broke. Precision will always be my first call for any garage door needs I have! Thank-you!

The door works now. They replace a spring and charged $1400 . I was stuck. After the fact I checked around and this repair should have been less than $1000 to fix. I believe that because it was Sunday and my car was trapped in the garage I was taken advantage of. On top of it I'm a senior citizen. I would not recommend Precision. I'm sure they won't post this.

Very good service. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I called in the morning and had a tech on-site a couple hours later. Sticker shock. It was very expensive. The electric eye (safety feature) and spring was replaced. The spring was a recommendation. I am sure a smaller shop would recommend them, just be prepared $$$$$.

I was impressed with the service tech, Gary Lemaster. He made sure I was fully aware of the conditions of my garage door, what might have caused the break, and other conditions that could have caused the break. Gary was friendly, courteous, and professional. He also pointed out from a previous repair what could have been avoided if done properly. Quality and reliability are just as important to me as cost. I'd HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Services, and Gary if he's available.

The technician was very polite and did a good job. However the final price to replace two springs was way beyond ridiculous!!! 800.00 just for two springs!!!! This should not have been more than 400.00 I will never use or recommend Precision garage door services Ever!!! And yes I should have stepped in and refused service upon his price quote!!

I am a big fan of Precision Garage Door. I have used others in the past and they don’t even begin to compare. Precision is responsive, friendly, professional and their technicians “know their stuff.” I also appreciate that they don’t to “up sell” you. I especially want to call out Adam Huston. LOVE HIM!! He is great - just as I mention above - responsive, friendly, professional and he knows his stuff and explains it to me in ways I can understand. Prompt, courteous service with a fully stocked truck and no sales pressure! Precision installed new cables and springs 11 months ago and I was very pleased. I called today with a warranty question and received a rapid response - all covered under warranty! Adam Moore was very pleasant, explained what he saw as the difficulty; quickly and professionally solved the situation. We also discussed replacing my opener. He supplied two estimates; explained the similarities and differences; was gracious when I said I would wait on replacement.
