We had our garage door springs and related hardware replaced after our old spring broke. From the initial call to schedule an appointment all the way through the repair being completed, everything about my experience was very professional, friendly, and easy. Tim was very responsive and knowledgeable about what needed done to solve the issue and took the time to explain it to me and also care for some other maintenance to make sure I would not have to worry about my garage door for a long time. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or maintenance you may need.

Spring broke on my garage door and called on a Sunday and had someone out the next day. Tim called me to let me know he was on the way to make sure I was home. Tim looked at the broken spring and walked me through his repair recommendations giving me multiple options. Once I gave him the option to fix the springs he completed the repair in 1 hour and then walked me through the completed job and warranty info. I will definitely use Tim and Precision again for any garage door needs I may have.

The tech notified me he was on the and was promptly at my house. I was concerned about the noises the newly installed garage doors were making. Although I had lubercated the the hinges and rollers the tech lubed them again including the springs. He made minor adjustments to the springs. He explained that I should lubricate the hinges, rollers, and springs a few more times over the new week to get the lubricant I tot be parts. Other than the spring adjustment the lubercating seems to eliminate the problems. Appreciated the tech explaining how I should be maintaining the doors.

I am not sure that I am completely content with the warranty service that I received yesterday. My garage door opened yesterday. However, your technician installed right side cable in my driveway rubbing against a portion of the metal frame. It may have an adverse effect on the cable durability. So, I am sorry, but I cannot give you a better rating.

Derek the technician was wonderful. He responded kindly to my complicated family situation and adjusted his work plan to fit what I needed. He knew how stressed I was so he took care to explain everything and show me what he was talking about. I appreciate the timely service and attention to detail. The garage door gets lots of use & works perfectly now. I called this company because I'd seen the ads on TV. The service lived up to the promises highlighted in those spots, which is not always the case. All the parts needed to complete the repairs were available and the scheduling, which was a very important factor for me, was exactly as advertised.

I left something under our door and ended with cables and a roller coming off, I called Percision on a Saturday afternoon and they set up appointment for the next day! Sarah Crowe was very through in her description of the door requested and installation. The appointment time went from morning through the website to 12-2pm confirmation later sent, to her arrival at 2:45pm. I guess if I had something else to do this would have been irritating, but I didn't and she was very polite and quick.

Derek came out to my home in the evening to fix a broken spring on our garage door. The door was not functional and we could not get my wife's car out and she had to leave for work first thing the following morning. Derek showed up super quickly and was EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. He was able to fix our spring and get our door up and running again. The cost for the repair was quite high (which is my only knock on the experience), but i suppose its the price of having an emergency repair completed in the evening hours when nobody else is open or will come out to help. Regardless, the cost does NOT reflect negatively on Derek (as i presume its set by Precision and not the tech) - he was truly a life saver and i couldnt have asked for a better personal interaction in this emergency situation. Big thanks to Derek for helping us out in a pinch.
