My garage door was not operable and I called Precision Overhead Door. Technician Tom Palmer came within 2 days and he discovered safety camera alignment was the problem. I asked if he could install a keypad while he was here and he did within 15 minutes. I was happy to get a service call based on my schedule and also that it was a minor problem. Technician Palmer was professional and courteous and knowledgeable in resolving the problem. I recommend Precision Overhead Door to solve any issue you have with your garage door opener.

My appointment was scheduled between 12&4. Tim called at 11:30 and was here at 12. Amazing! He was very professional and inspected my entire door before repairing. I was not oversold and he only had to replace my broken springs. I will only use precision door service. Great job Tim and thanks!

Today, Ead was my technician from Precision Garage Door. He needed to replace and program my garage keypad, as well program all of my remotes. Ead was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. After he completed his work, I wanted to make sure that all of my remotes opened both of my garage doors. I also wanted to make sure that the keypad itself would open and close both garage doors. I never felt rushed as I tested those things. I high recommend Precision, as well as Ead!

Broken door spring on 26-year-old door. Fast friendly service by David C and Rico. You can tell when service people have the knowledge and experience to do the job right, and they sure did. Had all the parts and bits in the truck so one visit and it was done. Even did a great job cleaning up when done. Door works better than when it was brand new. You can open and close it with one finger. Precision came recommended and so glad they did, and I will also.

Extremely satisfied with the great service provided by your tech Gary Lemaster. The garage door spring had broken and door would not open. I had guests (whose car was in the garage) from out of town who needed to catch a plane later in the day. I called for service at 9:45 am and Gary arrived about 11:20 am. He was very quick to review everything and actually showed me what was wrong and explained how it worked. There was no pressure to repair anything but the spring but he offered other service to improve long term use. His excellent repairs were completed within an hour. You can be sure I’ll be recommending Precision to all my friends. Thank you so much.

A torsion spring broke on our garage door and the pricing to replace it was comparable to buying springs and doing it myself. That value was enough to tip me towards paying for service (which I've yet to do as an adult - I'm 35). The experience was outstanding. A gentleman (Dustin) roughly my age came by and gave me an exact quote that was reasonable. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing, he was amicable and friendly, and he did the work on the spot and quickly. What pushed me towards this specific company was their years of experience, and where the other vendors looked to have less than ten, they tote over twenty. Should someone ask for a recommendation for a garage door or repair, I wouldn't shy away from recommending them (and Dustin in particular - my experience with him in whole was outstanding). I appreciate good business, and this was good business.

Gary did a great job on our garage door and was very helpful in explaining reasons that he recommended other door parts be repaired other than just replacing the single spring. It was a "you may be calling me in the future to take care of it if you don't do it now." Gary saw my tools in the garage and even suggested that some of the repairs he was doing that I could just do myself to save money. I observed the whole process of his work and maybe on the other garage doors I could do some of that work, but I'm sure I will just call Precision again and let the experts take care of things.
