Next day service for a non-emergency keypad replacement. The technician (Tim) was friendly and knowledgeable and had a new keypad installed pronto. He also greased the tracks and hinges and the garage door is working better than ever. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service.

This morning I saw a Precision Door van across the street where I live. I walked over and talked to technician Jason Daring about getting an estimate on a new garage door. Even though Jason was busy, he took time to answer my questions, give me an estimate on a new garage door, and get me scheduled for an appointment. We had our garage door springs and related hardware replaced after our old spring broke. From the initial call to schedule an appointment all the way through the repair being completed, everything about my experience was very professional, friendly, and easy. Tim was very responsive and knowledgeable about what needed done to solve the issue and took the time to explain it to me and also care for some other maintenance to make sure I would not have to worry about my garage door for a long time. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or maintenance you may need.

Spring broke on my garage door and called on a Sunday and had someone out the next day. Tim called me to let me know he was on the way to make sure I was home. Tim looked at the broken spring and walked me through his repair recommendations giving me multiple options. Once I gave him the option to fix the springs he completed the repair in 1 hour and then walked me through the completed job and warranty info. I will definitely use Tim and Precision again for any garage door needs I may have.
