Called late AM for a "Check-UP" on my garage door system so not an urgent call by any means. Shocked to hear they could come out same day. Derick arrived and did not identify any urgent issues as all was working at this time and stated there was no charge. He did however identify some items where wear and tear were progressing and noted the springs were too small for the weight of my door. After a very good educational discussion, I told him I like to operate in prevention mode rather than in problem mode. He gave me a quote and again was shocked to hear that he had everything on his truck and could complete all items discussed during this visit. WOW - Glad I called Precision.

Lynne Barone. Precision installed a new garage door opener and miscellaneous parts for the door in November. This past weekend the garage door was not closing --it would stop part way and then go back up. I called precision this morning at 8:00. The person on the phone was very pleasant and scheduled someone for today. The problem is now fixed. the technician was very friendly, thoroughly explained the problem and corrected it. No charge because of the warranty. This company lives up to their advertising and has earned its reputation.

they installed a new opener and springs several yers ago so since still under warranty, called them to check door operation. They came same day i called but I did not request that option but was nice. Did some lubrication and all is well with the door now.

When the spring broke on our garage, I set up an appointment with Precision. Mo was able to come on a Sunday and completed the repair in about an hour. I had a very good experience with Precision Garage Doors. The sales process was professional, friendly, courteous, and with a no-pressure attitude. Questions were answered to my satisfaction. Features of the doors I selected were described and explained. Warranty info covered. The installation went very smoothly. The Techs even called to let me know they were running ahead of scheduled and inquired if they could start early. Of course! I had the garage area prepped and they appreciated that. The garage was cleaned up and all I had to do was put things back in place. Definitely would use Precision Doors again.
