On line customer satisfaction rating for the Westerville area. Dereck called before hand, arrived on time with a helper. After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. All around a great job by this team.

I had an issue with my garage and have seen advertisements for Precision Door for same day service. I called and had a great phone call to set up a repair appointment. Tim the technician was awesome. He looked at my problem and also did a safety inspection. Discovered that my opener was not in great shape so he gave me a price to get it back to new. It looks great and is so much quieter to operate. Great customer service and company to work with. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that asks. Thanks

The repair man was right on time and diagnosed the problem I was having with my current door opener which was a fried circuit board and recommended a new opener. He removed the old one and replaced it with the new one and did a very good job. He was easy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. I don't know about price because I didn't have any other quotes but was a bit more than I thought it would be.

I had used Precision Door Service in the past and was confident in their reliability and quality of work. I was able to schedule a service call for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. I had requested an early afternoon call rather than late afternoon and they were very accommodating. After explaining my problem to the technician, he (Jake) presented me with some options to resolve it. I ended up replacing the garage door opener with a new unit (even though I didn’t have to) since the current one was about 12 years old. I am completely happy with the new unit. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Kudos to Precision Garage Door of Columbus salesperson Sarah Crowe, who is very knowledgeable, practical and honest and also our installer Jordan Dameron, who is a highly skilled and super-efficient garage door wizard. Both are very pleasant to work with. Our challenging project involved an oversized, wooden, attached garage door constructed in 1968. Planning and working together, the two produced a perfect result for us at a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company and especially these two experts, who are among the very best in the business.

We met with Sarah on July 23 and were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We ordered the doors that day and were promised delivery within 4 to 8 weeks. Today, August 18, Dmitri installed our new doors (a little less than 4 weeks after ordering) and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with the service and quality of Precision Garage Door service and would highly recommend.

Precision is the best garage door company in Columbus. Everything on today’s service was covered by warranty because I upgraded to premium springs when I had a major service in 21. Our service man was great. But had to charge $110. This is outrageous. It just needed re-programmed. If I had gotten a smarter person on the help line, he could have walked me through doing it myself. I feel ripped off by Precision.

Called late AM for a "Check-UP" on my garage door system so not an urgent call by any means. Shocked to hear they could come out same day. Derick arrived and did not identify any urgent issues as all was working at this time and stated there was no charge. He did however identify some items where wear and tear were progressing and noted the springs were too small for the weight of my door. After a very good educational discussion, I told him I like to operate in prevention mode rather than in problem mode. He gave me a quote and again was shocked to hear that he had everything on his truck and could complete all items discussed during this visit. WOW - Glad I called Precision.
