Joe arrived today ahead of schedule (after checking with me) which I was grateful for, and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus to repair a garage door spring that broke. I chose Precision because of their excellent on-line reviews and I am glad I did. Precision technician David Morgan arrived promptly. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and he clearly explained everything to me. I authorized the service to be performed and the garage door was repaired. The charge was reasonable. David Morgan did an excellent job and I highly recommend both him and Precision Garage Door of Columbus to anyone who has a problem with their garage door.

The Technician, Tom Palmer was very helpful. We called, thinking we needed a new battery. He thoroughly inspected everything. He noticed that the springs were worn and needed to be replaced. Also, he noticed the wood holding up the bracket (Spring Pad Lumber) was cracked. He also replaced the weather seal on the bottom of the door. He was able to take care of everything within a couple of hours.

On line customer satisfaction rating for the Westerville area. Dereck called before hand, arrived on time with a helper. After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. All around a great job by this team.

I had an issue with my garage and have seen advertisements for Precision Door for same day service. I called and had a great phone call to set up a repair appointment. Tim the technician was awesome. He looked at my problem and also did a safety inspection. Discovered that my opener was not in great shape so he gave me a price to get it back to new. It looks great and is so much quieter to operate. Great customer service and company to work with. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that asks. Thanks

The repair man was right on time and diagnosed the problem I was having with my current door opener which was a fried circuit board and recommended a new opener. He removed the old one and replaced it with the new one and did a very good job. He was easy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. I don't know about price because I didn't have any other quotes but was a bit more than I thought it would be.
