Tim arrived on time and gave us a call that he would be arriving. He inspected the damage and gave us options to repair. The work was completed quickly and Tim ensured all objects had been removed from the garage floor when he was done with the installation. I would recommend Precision for any repair needed.

Highly recommended. This was my first time needing to contact a garage repair company and they will now definitely be my go to place moving forward. The scheduling process was easy and quick. I needed same day service and the tech was out to me within an hour. The tech I had was David M. and he was phenomenal! David had great customer service, was very friendly and easy to talk. He help me narrow down the issue that was causing my garage door to open randomly during the night and reprogrammed my existing beepers. He also sent me a quote on options for a new garage motor in case I had further issues with my ancient current motor. My nosey 3yr old was very curious as to what David was doing so David took time to open up his van and show my son the cool tools and cabinets that were in his work van. Then sealed the deal with a sticker! If bonuses are given David M. Definitely deserves one! 10/10 recommend! Thank you

James did an absolute great job. He explained various options and associated costs with replacing our broken spring. He also explained the warranty options. Because of the design he had to essentially rebuild things. He was very quick and efficient. I was also able to get a nice veteran bonus to help save $$$. Patrick was right on time if not early. Pleasant to speak to and a fast worker. After leaving I did not feel the charges were out of line like so many other companies I have had to deal with. On a Saturday afternoon the spring on our double garage door broke. I called Precision and scheduled a time for 12 to 2 on Sunday. The technician arrived timely, looked at the door and within 25 minutes provided a list of the work required. After agreeing he went right to work and finished in the timeframe he had estimated. He was excellent, he explained everything he did and gave us tips on how to maintain everything. 5+ stats for sure! He ess courteous, professional, and friendly.

Anthony from Precision came out within 2 hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained my options. I decided to replace my 17 year old opener with a brand new model. Within 90 minutes he had replaced the bad unit and programmed all of my remotes. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. ?? ????????

The spring on our door broke on a Monday evening and they were able to send someone first thing Tuesday morning. He arrived on time, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He also noted a couple things to watch for in the next year but didn’t put any pressure on me to pay extra and fix them now, and I appreciated the honesty. Frankly, there are other companies who could do the repair for less, but I knew I’d be getting it done quickly and correctly by a company who stands behind their work, and that makes paying a little more worth it to me.

We had garage door installed in 2022. Noticed it was catching and noisy. Called for service. Tech came out same day. Tech was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. Adjusted springs and end rollers. Door was under warranty so no charge for service. Would recommend company.

Last night when I returned from walking the dog and closed the garage door it sounded like it had crashed onto my car. Thankfully it hadn't, but wouldn't open. I called Precision - open till 8 - and scheduled a technician (Jason D) for 1st call this morning. My 3 yr old house, with a builder grade garage door opener, had already broke its spring. After reviewing my options, I went with replacing it and 2 hrs later I have a much quieter and, no doubt, more reliable garage door opener. Jason was extremely courteous and professional, as noted on his previous reviews. He was great at explaining what had happened and the difference in quality of products. If available, I will ask for Jason if a future need arises.

Excellent and fast service. My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called one company but they told me they couldn’t come out till July 8. I would’ve had to wait a week to get service from them . So I called precision door company and they came out the very next morning. Thank you!
