The Service guy was great! But for 30 minutes of work, Changed two Brackets. And lubed rollers. Cost $ 265.65 outrageous. Will not use your service again!

I needed to have service on my garage door today. The company got me in quickly. The young man that came to do my service was friendly and respectful of me and my property. He explained things that I had concerns with and gave me three different options to choose from. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I give 5 ??, when I made the appointment I was told between 8-12. the tech called me at about 7:40 anti let me know he is on the way. 8:05 he was here. Very nice, took his time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend.

We are repeat customers due to the great customer service and work provided by Precision. Our garage door springs broke early in the morning, and I called Precision to hopefully have someone come out that day for repair. Of course they could! Jessica was the person who took my call and she was so pleasant and professional and was able to schedule a repair visit for that same morning. Derek was the technician who came to repair our door. He was so polite and professional and was very detailed in explaining and demonstrating what the issues were with our springs and other mechanisms. Within an hour, he had made the repairs and showed me what all he replaced and made sure he answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Fantastic service, Dustin was able to come same day and quickly assessed the situation. Work was quick on the spring replacement and I was even able to replace my opener while he was here...after realizing it was 20 years old. Highly recommended if you need quick and expert service.

I had randomly picked Precision Garage Door a couple of years ago because they advertised 24/7 service. I was so pleased with their work, that it wasn't hard for me to call them when I had difficulty again. Once again, I was pleased beyond belief. First I was quickly able to schedule service that met my schedule (I work night shift). The technician (Joseph Long) was awesome! Called before he arrived, had a smile on his face when he arrived, went over EVERYTHING, and went over multiple options. My garage door was 25 years old, and even tho I decided to replace it, that was not the first thing offered. I was told what I could do to do only the necessary repairs. When I expressed interest in replacing it, I was given 3 options and the benefits of each were explained fully. I NEVER felt that I was pressured to purchase a new opener. The work was done quickly. He had to move some things in the garage to do the work and replaced them exactly the way that I had them without a complaint. He went over everything with me and made sure that I understood everything. He was pleasant, professional, personal, and truly looked like he really enjoyed what he was doing. I was once again completely satisfied with the entire process, including the price. Should I need help with my door again, I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again. I couldn't be happier. They are an example of excellent customer service that could be an example for many! Thank you, again, Precision Garage Door!

Jason was very polite upon entering our home and greeting us. Once he did his assessment of what was going on he was very honest and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be corrected and/or replaced. He had everything changed out and working better than we have ever experienced since owning our home, it took him what seemed like no time at all! Our technician, Jason, was great! He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the repairs that needed done to our garage door and opener. We had a new opener installed along with several other repairs that needed made. He made the whole process easy and simple. We especially loved that he was able to do same day repairs instead of having to schedule another appointment after we received the estimate.

I requested service online and received a call almost immediately. A service technician (David Simpson) responded ahead of schedule. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. David inspected the door, made a few recommendations and repaired the door per my request. He also gave me some tips on the upkeep of garage doors. The whole process from the start was very easy. Tom was my scheduled technician. He called soon after my initial call to Precision. He gave me an estimated time, and arrived a few minutes early. Columbus was on a level 2 snow emergency which Precision still made the appointment without issues. Tom was very professional and explained several options for me to choose from. He gave me an estimated time to finish which he was accurate on. Excellent workmanship. Door works much better and quieter than before. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing Garage door service.
