Received great service from Precision Garage Doors today. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, Imani was familiar with the issue and fixed it professionally and timely. Also went beyond the call, upon leaving, noticed the door wasn’t flush with the ground and came back in to fix it! Also lubed all the wheels! Efficient, polite and knowledgeable with system. You know I could do the review but it probably wouldn't look good. Your model set me up with over a $5000 estimate and ultimately a $300 repair was needed. I can't believe that every part of my my garage door system needed replaced besides the panels. But apparently they did. Weird on an 18 year old door. It's a garage door after all. Let's not overthink it. But if you are correct then probably cheaper to get a whole new door than to replace every piece of hardware plus labor on door. I won't be back. So I will also refrain from your review. Oh wait after actually typing this out and reading it back to myself, I think it would be a good idea to let others know of my experience.

After allowing another garage repair business come in and rig my garage door without actually fixing the issue I did my research and found Precision.. with all the 5 star reviews I felt more confident about my choice this time around. I was not disappointed! A 5 year warranty, no scam & just honest work. New install of springs and cables and the garage is back up and running properly. Truly appreciate it!

Tim was super helpful, he showed me where specific areas needed repaired, he even went above and beyond to Taylor the service to an area that was affordable to me but still being very honest regarding what repairs needed to be done as a high priority. He showed me what everything would cost with no issue. He didn’t make me feel rushed to decide anything and was super down to earth and humble. His communication was on point from the moment he called me to tell me he would be on his way. Once the service was completed he showed me how to work everything, showed me how to maintain things in great condition and overall made sure I could work everything properly. Highly recommended!!!

Garage door spring broke around 9am...the door was operational by noon! The response time was immediate and the tech was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

The garage door needed new cables, and the repair technician did an excellent job. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the final outcome. However, the initial quoted price for the cables and rollers was nearly three times higher than what I ultimately paid after negotiating. While I wish I hadn’t needed to negotiate so much, I am satisfied with the service overall.

Happy with the installer and his explanation of the problem. My only issue was that when you sign with your finger nail you do not get a copy of the paperwork. I thought it would be on the internet the next day but it wasn't. I called the office and after 2 calls I was sent the paperwork I needed.

Domenic Carapellucci did a flawless installation job installing my garage door opener. It was so neatly done looks so great and sounds quiet. Domenic gave me four or five ways that I could go with the full price of everything then I chose the one I wanted and it was a very fair price, the opener the backup battery and the app . I can't get over how neat and clean the installation was... Did I mention that came out the same day I called.

Prompt and courteous service. David (service tech) was on time, competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Work was timely completed and outcome is satisfactory. My only concern and mild complaint is the astronomical costs involved, but I guess that's the atmosphere in today's world.

My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation
