I originally called because I thought the “eye” was broken and my door wouldn’t go down. I called and within 3 hours Dustin was at my door. The initial problem only required reconnection of a wire. I asked Dustin, if he had time, to check anything else that might need replaced. This opener is 20 years old. He quickly found some things that could be cared for that were either broken or could break soon (rollers, bearings, as well as what things were older and showing wear but didn’t need replaced. He provided an estimate which was very reasonable and within 1 hour my door was completely taken care of. So within 4 hours of my phone call my door was fixed. Dustin was an absolute delight! Friendly, pleasant, professional, and intelligent. Totally made me feel that I was his priority. This was an exemplary experience from start to finish that many other companies could learn from. I will use no other company in the future. Thank you Dustin and Precision!

All my contact with Precision was just great from the 1st time to the time the technician(Tyler) left after completing the job. The live chat feature is great also. Working w Precision Door is a dream come true. As far as I'm concerned there is no competition & there doesn't need to be. From step one they've been expedient, punctual, knowledgeable, personable, & our rep, Dustin, has been absolutely wonderful, explaining everything in great detail to make sure a less knowledgeable person, such as myself, understands, which I sooo appreciate! I also love how they try to send the same rep out to inspect & do the repair, if done separately, as was done for us. Dustin fixed our door in record time & it sounds so much better than it did before! He also let me do a trial run w everything including our garage door openers after to make sure it all worked, & it did beautifully. Their options for payment plans have also been so helpful in that we could go ahead & thankfully get this done. I truly thank Mr. Rapp, Dustin, the appointment setters, & everyone on this truly amazing, winning team. Sorry for the length of this but it's needed to outline all the fantastic features of this company & it's workers. Kudos & gratitude to you all! ????

Terrific service. I called on a Sunday morning to have a broken garage door opener spring replaced. I was told someone would arrive between noon and 4. David C called prior and arrived a little after 1. The technician explained everything thoroughly. David C reminded me of one of my nephews - he was very personable and professional!

High integrity customer who doesn't like writing reviews like this. Tech arrived, inspected and recommended. I discussed my needs and desires with him. We needed springs, bearings. new bottom door seal and a new opener. Verbally quoted me $1300.00 After I picked myself up off the garage floor, I still needed this done. Approval to proceed was given. Work done to satisfaction, however the markup for the opener was outrageous and I spent $140 on a rubber strip that I helped install on the bottom of the door. Tech came to me with the final bill; $1479.00 So, enjoy the Bahamas or wherever you vacation. I called Precision hoping for highly intelligent diagnosis, and I received that, along with a charge that I feel was outlandish.

Precision garage door of Columbus Ohio did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. My old one was 20+ years old and beginning to die. Did my own research and bought the Chamberlain Wi-Fi enabled model I wanted. Called around noon, receptionist was extremely courteous and took my information. Was scheduled that same day and technician Gary showed up less than two hours later. Tremendous service and timely manner. Gary was extremely professional and courteous and answered every question I had. He also told me some things I didn't know. He was so helpful, I could not have asked for anything better I hope I don't need them again any time soon but I guarantee I will call them if I have garage door issue. Once again thanks to precision and Gary.

I called and a serviceman was at my home in about three hours. I thought it would be a repair, but I needed a new system. The garage door opener was 20 1/2 years old. Tom installed the new system. This is my first time using Precision and I would call them again.

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night at 10:30 PM. Saturday morning 9 AM looking through web pages I saw Precisions web site and was very impressed after watching their videos and reading helpful information that they shared there. Next when I called them at 9:30 AM Sat morning the person answering the phone put me at rest and instilled trust for me in the company. She gave me a window of time that they could be there today 2 to 4 or 2 to 6 I can not remember now but I said that would be so great. Now came the best part, Alex E called AT 2 PM and said he was on his way and would be there in about 15 minutes if that would be good for me. When he arrived he was so professional mask gloves and more. All I can say is that he is so truly good with older people. Also when he arrived he looked things over and gave me 3 estimates of what we could go with and let me pick the one I was comfortable with. Also showed the reason for the each of the estimates, my door is 17 years old. Alex E is the reason I am writing this review thank you for having great service people represent your company... I am so happy with the work he did and how nice of a young man was.
