Highly recommended. This was my first time needing to contact a garage repair company and they will now definitely be my go to place moving forward. The scheduling process was easy and quick. I needed same day service and the tech was out to me within an hour. The tech I had was David M. and he was phenomenal! David had great customer service, was very friendly and easy to talk. He help me narrow down the issue that was causing my garage door to open randomly during the night and reprogrammed my existing beepers. He also sent me a quote on options for a new garage motor in case I had further issues with my ancient current motor. My nosey 3yr old was very curious as to what David was doing so David took time to open up his van and show my son the cool tools and cabinets that were in his work van. Then sealed the deal with a sticker! If bonuses are given David M. Definitely deserves one! 10/10 recommend! Thank you

James did an absolute great job. He explained various options and associated costs with replacing our broken spring. He also explained the warranty options. Because of the design he had to essentially rebuild things. He was very quick and efficient. I was also able to get a nice veteran bonus to help save $$$. Adam was great. He was efficient, friendly and courteous. He fixed the immediate problem of replacing the back up battery and lubed the tracks. He told us of additional issues but the cost is too great to do those repairs. We will use Precision Door in the future.

On a Saturday afternoon the spring on our double garage door broke. I called Precision and scheduled a time for 12 to 2 on Sunday. The technician arrived timely, looked at the door and within 25 minutes provided a list of the work required. After agreeing he went right to work and finished in the timeframe he had estimated. He was excellent, he explained everything he did and gave us tips on how to maintain everything. 5+ stats for sure! He ess courteous, professional, and friendly.

Anthony from Precision came out within 2 hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained my options. I decided to replace my 17 year old opener with a brand new model. Within 90 minutes he had replaced the bad unit and programmed all of my remotes. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. ?? ????????

The spring on our door broke on a Monday evening and they were able to send someone first thing Tuesday morning. He arrived on time, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He also noted a couple things to watch for in the next year but didn’t put any pressure on me to pay extra and fix them now, and I appreciated the honesty. Frankly, there are other companies who could do the repair for less, but I knew I’d be getting it done quickly and correctly by a company who stands behind their work, and that makes paying a little more worth it to me.

He was friendly and patient in working with home warranty company I have. He was knowledgeable. However, I feel like he was trying to trick me. The quote was very high. When I asked what he can do with the allowance amount from a warranty company, he quoted me 209 dollars for a tuneup. After observing his service which only included lubricating and tightening, I checked for pricing in Groupon and found a standard tuneup service for 39 dollars. Upon showing that, he lowered the price for the tuneup. I could have been easily taken advantage of. I will look for another contractor next time.

As my son and I were leaving on a very important errand, my garage door fell off the track and was left in a very awkward position. Since we had Precision Door replace a broken spring a few years ago, I phoned Precision to make an appointment to have it fixed. Just as before, they scheduled my appointment for the next evening when I would be home. I unexpectedly got to leave earlier in the day, so I called and asked if the service man could come earlier. The scheduler was very nice and she was able to move my time up two hours. The service man called me 20 minutes before he arrived. David was so courteous and peasant to have in my home. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I opted for the better repair and am so happy with the job David did in a very professional manner and surprising short time. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service, the company where the people enjoy their jobs and do them right.

We had garage door installed in 2022. Noticed it was catching and noisy. Called for service. Tech came out same day. Tech was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. Adjusted springs and end rollers. Door was under warranty so no charge for service. Would recommend company.
