I called on Wednesday night to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace a 27 year old Genie door opener of which I have two. The scheduling was exceptionally pleasant and efficient. Gary came the next day and I asked him to price the bad opener and also price replacing both existing openers. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable and no pressure on the sale. I went with replacing both. Immediately Gary didn't just put in the openers, he installed them with old school craftsmanship, something hard to find these days. Thanks to all involved in this installation. Wish I could have made it a 10 star review.

Was having issues with my garage door opening not functioning properly. Door would go down and then reverse back up. Precision sent Tyler out to look at my issue. Upon review of my unit, Tyler found that the gears had worn down very badly. My unit was the original unit that came with my house when it was built 17 years ago. Tyler offered to look at pricing for the parts to repair the unit or to quote a replacement unit. I opted for the replacement unit. He had the new unit installed and up and running within 45 minutes! Very happy with the level of service and will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends and family!

TV advertisement led to website visit-BBB endorsed, coupons and discounts enticing. Friendly receptionist scheduled service call for same day. Service Technician very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with- he explained in detail what was needed and cost before starting repairs. I’m quite pleased and now consider Precision Garage Door my “go to” for garage door concerns. Obviously, I will recommend them to my friends.

Daniel G. knew the door was tracking at an angle, and found excessive wear near the bearing plate. He found the manufacture dates on used system's parts and made it easy for me to choose new parts. Glad I called before the door would have broken. He listened to all I knew about the past operating quirks. The busiest door in the house is all well now!

Jim was the epitome of customer service. I recieved a 15 minute warning call. He showed up on time. Assessed the issue quickly. Presented us with options with no pressure. Performed the work within the expressed time frame. Demoed the new product. Asked if I had any questions. Processed payment quickly. My invoice says total invoice & total payment is $915.87. My credit card receipt is for $964.07. I realized there was a discrepancy at the time but assumed it was sales tax. However, the amount is not correct if that is the case. Why doesn’t the invoice show sales tax? Was I overcharged? Also, your initial appt confirmation said En W was my service technician. Derrick called & showed up. His picture was not in your original email. It was disconcerting but since he drove a Precision truck & had a Precision shirt, I had to assume he was legit. A couple of weeks ago, I returned home from working late, to discover that my garage door would not raise. That in itself was not that big of a problem. It just meant that I would have to leave the car outside for the night. However what was problematic was that my wife would not be able to get her car out of the garage the next morning to leave for work. I promptly called Precision. I was told that they could have someone at my house between 8 & 10 the next morning. It was crucial that they would arrive early enough to allow my wife time to get to work by 9:00. Thankfully our repairman Kayne S. showed up at 8:00, and made it possible for my wife to exit the garage in plenty of time to make it to her job. Kayne was cordial, polite & professional and explained what had gone wrong with our door. He showed payment options and offered helpful suggestions and advice for future reference.

Dustin put my opener at my other house. He was so pleasant and kind. I recently moved and thought I needed a new opener. I requested Dustin and he was here in the allotted time but turned out I didn't need a new one. He could have easily sold me one but was honest enough to say I didn't need one. Trust him no one else. Very honest young man.
