As my son and I were leaving on a very important errand, my garage door fell off the track and was left in a very awkward position. Since we had Precision Door replace a broken spring a few years ago, I phoned Precision to make an appointment to have it fixed. Just as before, they scheduled my appointment for the next evening when I would be home. I unexpectedly got to leave earlier in the day, so I called and asked if the service man could come earlier. The scheduler was very nice and she was able to move my time up two hours. The service man called me 20 minutes before he arrived. David was so courteous and peasant to have in my home. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I opted for the better repair and am so happy with the job David did in a very professional manner and surprising short time. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service, the company where the people enjoy their jobs and do them right.

We had garage door installed in 2022. Noticed it was catching and noisy. Called for service. Tech came out same day. Tech was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. Adjusted springs and end rollers. Door was under warranty so no charge for service. Would recommend company.

Last night when I returned from walking the dog and closed the garage door it sounded like it had crashed onto my car. Thankfully it hadn't, but wouldn't open. I called Precision - open till 8 - and scheduled a technician (Jason D) for 1st call this morning. My 3 yr old house, with a builder grade garage door opener, had already broke its spring. After reviewing my options, I went with replacing it and 2 hrs later I have a much quieter and, no doubt, more reliable garage door opener. Jason was extremely courteous and professional, as noted on his previous reviews. He was great at explaining what had happened and the difference in quality of products. If available, I will ask for Jason if a future need arises.

I have learned from my recent repair. First do not go with a company that charges a fee to come out to look at your door. I have found many companies that do not charge. Anyways I had someone come out for 2 springs and 2 cables. Just as reference you can get 2 springs from home depot for about $150 and two cables for $20. I know that these springs are probably not as good or whatever. The guy was very nice and knew what he was doing. I received a quote for 2 new springs (regular ones not the strong ones) and 2 cables for $900.00. My jaw about hit the floor. I asked why it was so high and he couldn't answer me. I politely ask the gentleman to leave and paid $50.00 for the visit. I called another company, was able to tell them what the issue was and was given a quote of $400.00 if that was truly what the problem was. I understand that if there was more to do, it would of course be more. There was no charge to come out and the man came in, made the repair and I paid $400.00. These days I feel like everyone is trying to gouge you. Precision, I feel like you are one of those businesses. I will spread the word so I feel better about losing my $50.00

After another company failed to show up, I called Precision Door Service and was greeted with GREAT customer service. An appointment was available within hours of my call. An email with of the request and who would be coming was sent instantly which included a photo of all the technicians, in case a different tech was able to get to me sooner. A phone call was received when the tech was in route. Adam H was tech, he arrived when he said he would, he was polite, friendly and respectful to me an my property. Adam provided me a 3 options in a written quote and reviewed each one with me. The garage door was repaired in no time. Adam then reviewed the work he had completed, by physically showing me and verbally explaining it to me and reviewed the warranty. Thank you for helping make a bad day better. :)

Our 19 year old door started to act weird so it was time for upgrade. Our neighbors said to give Precision doors a call. Technician Derek came and explained what is causing the problem we were dealing with. He also recommended what would be the best option for us, so we went with his recommendation. He did an amazing work and his attention to details was outstanding. The work was done in timely manner and you have a happy customer here.
