I called to get a garage door opener replaced and ended up buying a second one for the side of my garage that did not have one. We had Precision come out and help us design the door we had in mind. the door was ordered and installed a couple weeks later along with a Wi-Fi capable opener. The garage door looks better than we had visioned. The installer was professional, cleaned up after himself and completed the job on time. I used Precision about a year and a half ago when our garage door failed, and had an excellent experience. This time, we moved to a new house that didn’t have an opener at all. Again, David (who also serviced our previous home) came in, assessed quickly, gave me an honest recommendation on what needed done as well as a couple of options for a new opener that would suit my preference. Ultimately, there needed to be a lot of repairs due to the age and wear and tear on the mechanical side of the garage door. David also installed a new opener with accommodating keypad and remotes. David is professional, courteous, friendly, personable. He’s exactly the kind of guy you want coming to your house to work on your garage door. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

The door works now. They replace a spring and charged $1400 . I was stuck. After the fact I checked around and this repair should have been less than $1000 to fix. I believe that because it was Sunday and my car was trapped in the garage I was taken advantage of. On top of it I'm a senior citizen. I would not recommend Precision. I'm sure they won't post this.

The company technician arrived on time in a fully equipped vehicle. The work was done professionally, quickly and efficiently. I agreed with the recommendation to replace the roller bearings due to their severe wear. The provided two-year warranty is pleasing, although I hope that there will be no problems. Due to my not very good English, I did not quite understand the information about the company and country of manufacture of spare parts.
