The tech notified me he was on the and was promptly at my house. I was concerned about the noises the newly installed garage doors were making. Although I had lubercated the the hinges and rollers the tech lubed them again including the springs. He made minor adjustments to the springs. He explained that I should lubricate the hinges, rollers, and springs a few more times over the new week to get the lubricant I tot be parts. Other than the spring adjustment the lubercating seems to eliminate the problems. Appreciated the tech explaining how I should be maintaining the doors.

I am not sure that I am completely content with the warranty service that I received yesterday. My garage door opened yesterday. However, your technician installed right side cable in my driveway rubbing against a portion of the metal frame. It may have an adverse effect on the cable durability. So, I am sorry, but I cannot give you a better rating.

Matt came to my home and corrected my concern. I feared that the right side cable was rubbing against a metal piece, which would cause the cable to break. But, Manager Matt moved the metal piece a bit to the right. The potential problem was avoided. I am very satisfied with the result. And I am granting you an "excellent" grade for your overall work. Derek the technician was wonderful. He responded kindly to my complicated family situation and adjusted his work plan to fit what I needed. He knew how stressed I was so he took care to explain everything and show me what he was talking about. I appreciate the timely service and attention to detail. The garage door gets lots of use & works perfectly now. I called this company because I'd seen the ads on TV. The service lived up to the promises highlighted in those spots, which is not always the case. All the parts needed to complete the repairs were available and the scheduling, which was a very important factor for me, was exactly as advertised.

I left something under our door and ended with cables and a roller coming off, I called Percision on a Saturday afternoon and they set up appointment for the next day! The repair guy (Joe) called and arrived a few minutes early,looked at the job and explained everything and did the repairs. I would recommend them to repair should we have any more issues! Sarah Crowe was very through in her description of the door requested and installation. The appointment time went from morning through the website to 12-2pm confirmation later sent, to her arrival at 2:45pm. I guess if I had something else to do this would have been irritating, but I didn't and she was very polite and quick.

Derek came out to my home in the evening to fix a broken spring on our garage door. The door was not functional and we could not get my wife's car out and she had to leave for work first thing the following morning. Derek showed up super quickly and was EXTREMELY professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. He was able to fix our spring and get our door up and running again. The cost for the repair was quite high (which is my only knock on the experience), but i suppose its the price of having an emergency repair completed in the evening hours when nobody else is open or will come out to help. Regardless, the cost does NOT reflect negatively on Derek (as i presume its set by Precision and not the tech) - he was truly a life saver and i couldnt have asked for a better personal interaction in this emergency situation. Big thanks to Derek for helping us out in a pinch.

We had a new opener installed in August of 2021 and had the wireless app installed for remote garage door opening through our smart phone. All worked well until we upgraded our internet service to 5G a month ago. Now the phone app won’t work. This was the reason for the service call. Service tech stated that unfortunately there is no fix for this. Now I know that our opener/opener app won’t work with the 5G internet. Guess we’ll just have to live with the issue.

I'm relatively new to Delaware, OH, and have had to call a couple of times for garage door opener issues on the home I purchased. On the first occasion, the springs on my door broke; on the second service call 7 months later, one of the replacement springs malfunctioned. I've appreciated the fact that in both cases, a technician was able to come to my house on the day that I called. He was courteous and professional, explained exactly what was wrong, what needed repairing and why, and promptly completed the work. On the second trip, I'd planned to add an upgraded part to my system and the technician's manager gave it to me the $150 part for free since because of the spring failure. I'll continue to use Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend it to potential customers.

Our friend's car was stuck in her garage (we are responsible for her property) and, she needed to get it out to be able to get to work on Monday. We tried everything to get it out and the garage door would not open. So, we called Precision Garage Door. Everything was completed in a most efficient and timely fashion and Derek Mason is a wonderful representative for your company. The first thing he did for us was to get her car out of the garage which really eased our minds. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and, he gave us several options on what could be done to fix the problem. He explained each option to us and allowed us to choose which one best suited our needs. Then he went to work. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. We chose your company because of the advertising we have seen on television. You have a first-class operation from the time we called to explain our situation, to the end result. Thank You for making this a very wonderful experience.

Called at noon on a Sunday. Had Michael B in my garage by 2:45 pm. Garage door was repaired by 3:45. Michael didn't try to upsell me. He saw the issue, fixed it, and was done. I will be calling them for all of my garage door needs, from here on out.
