My son had a great experience so I scheduled a tuneup - Danny was so kind and thoughtful, I was sweeping out my garage and he offered to use his leaf blower to complete it for me, saved me time and effort. I called for repairs when my garage spring broke and was set an appointment for same day. Tech Mike M. gave me a confirmation call and showed up as stated. He came in to assess the problem and also pointed out some other issues just from normal wear and tear. He gave us a few options to choose from and made us comfortable knowing the decision was ours. All work was done in a professional manner and got our door back to working like new again. Satisfied with the work done .

Our garage door spring broke at 7am. We called and got an appointment time between 12pm-4pm. They arrived at 12:30, fixed the problem and were done by 1:45pm. Fantastic customer service! They also made adjustments to the door and it works much smoother than before. Friendly, professional, prompt service. Not one thing that they could have done better because they did everything right from the beginning! Thank you!!!!

Dave from Precision of Hilliard, Ohio was my tech and from the moment he arrived till he completed the service call he did a 110% ++ job Da e listened to my issues, closely examined the door and opener and walked me through a number of problematic issues that I did not realize Ultimately given the deteriorated condition of the door it would require more than a service call Not what I wanted to hear but Dave made sure I understood the options, what would be the best path firward and genuinely made sure his customers was happy I will use Precision again and recommend them to others!! My garage door opener was 16 years old & recently been having issues. I talked to other realtors & got good feedback on Precision. Jake Jones came out-called before arriving & introduced himself-showed up on time & reviewed our situation. After he got done with his investigation he showed me what he found & explained our options. We decided the best course was to replace the opener. He had all the items & completed the entire thing in little more than an hour. Then he helped me program my cars. Jake was very professional & took his time. Cleaned up & told us he would come back if we had any issues. All in all a great experience & would highly recommend to anyone needing service

I needed to have my gargage door replaced or repaired as it had stopped working . I chose Precision because of the great reviews. An precision employee , Derek, came out the same day. Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. The technicians arrived within the specified arrival window (between 10: am and noon) and did an excellent job of making the repair and providing recommendations after inspecting all of the garage door components. The technicians were professional, courteous and focused on providing quality service. They finished the repair work timely and efficiently.
