MR. Walker completely fixed my garage door, it would NO Longer open or close unless I did it physically myself and that is very difficult for an 80 year woman!!! He came on time (called 1st) & answered all my questions, was kind & polite and got right to work!! He performed general maintenance and replaced 3 heavy duty hinges.

Our main spring broke at 3:30 and I called Precision and told them we needed to leave by 6:00 PM. The woman who took my call reassured me that the technician was finishing another job and would be available after 4:00. I received a txt message that he was on his way. Trevor was very polite and explained what I needed, and he used an iPad to show me options to make decisions whether to upgrade. No pressure sales. I took the less expensive option and Trevor had it replaced by 5:45. I was very impressed with the service.

This was my second experience using Pricision Garage Door. They are A1. Megan was a pleasure to work with to get me the garage door that I wanted. Setting up installation the next day. The door installer Alex was great and professional. He stayed until all controls were operable and working. 5 stars to both Megan and Alex. Great job.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom Palmer today. He met me at the home I am building and buying at the end of this month. He helped me to understand the parts of the garage door and asked me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what was available for me to choose from. He gave estimates on 3 types of motors and lifts. I will diffidently give him a call in the next 3 weeks.

My technician Tom was excellent. He was timely, knew his job, was easy to talk to, and met our needs. I decided to purchase a new opener, as my old Liftmaster was over 30 yrs old and operating poorly. Tom gave me three options based on my request, explained the points of each product, then installed the new unit I selected. In addition, he didn’t leave any mess. In fact after he left I didn’t have to do anything except apply a bit of paint around the control unit and opener unit as the new unit is more compact. Looks great and works perfectly.

When the spring broke on our garage, I set up an appointment with Precision. Mo was able to come on a Sunday and completed the repair in about an hour. He was very kind and professional throughout the job. I greatly appreciated his thorough explanation of the repair process and the maintenance recommendations he provided. After the repair, the door not only performed better but also operated much quieter than before, which has made a noticeable difference in our daily routine. I would highly recommend Mo and his company for any future garage work!

My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation

Derek Mason is very professional and very knowledgeable of overhead garage doors. He thoroughly explained the problem with our door, the repair that was needed and the cost. I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.
