Dustin Keaton came out on fairly short notice. He was extremely responsible and helpful from start to finish. He laid out all options for our garage door repair and once we made a decision he offered to stay late to get it completed that night. He went way above and beyond and it was a tremendous experience.

Our friend's car was stuck in her garage (we are responsible for her property) and, she needed to get it out to be able to get to work on Monday. We tried everything to get it out and the garage door would not open. So, we called Precision Garage Door. Everything was completed in a most efficient and timely fashion and Derek Mason is a wonderful representative for your company. The first thing he did for us was to get her car out of the garage which really eased our minds. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and, he gave us several options on what could be done to fix the problem. He explained each option to us and allowed us to choose which one best suited our needs. Then he went to work. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. We chose your company because of the advertising we have seen on television. You have a first-class operation from the time we called to explain our situation, to the end result. Thank You for making this a very wonderful experience.

Tom P. Called and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes to 1 hour. He arrived in 54 minutes, right on time. He was very professional ( except he smelled like cigarettes). He gave me 3 different estimates, good, better, best. I talk with him as he completed the install. He was pleasant to talk to. He did complete the install in 1.25 hours. Which would have been about 1 hour if we didn’t talk so much. This is not the first time I have used this company. I am once again pleased with the quality of the work and the technician, other than he smelled like cigarettes. I will use them again if needed. I think they are a little pricey but the quality of their work very good. P.S. Tom enjoy your Vacation and cruise next year.

First, your sales rep Sara was informative and helped us realize we didn’t need all we expected, which showcased her kindness and generosity. She was great! And then your installer came, Johnny Schwartz and he was fantastic! Friendly as can be, explained everything and did a quality job and cleaned up whatever was needed before he left. We called Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor. We had returned from an evening walk to find that the garage door would not open because one of the springs had broken. We called and asked if someone could come out ASAP since our schedules were such that we needed the door repaired quickly. Walker came to our condo at 9:20 pm and he was terrific. He was an experienced tech and got right to work. He had the spring(s) replaced and we paid him by about 10:10 pm. We bought the heavy duty springs and he also recommended we replace the bearings at both ends of the rod and the bearing in the middle of the two springs. Walker was thorough and you could tell he was excellent at his job. Thanks for the responsiveness and the quality of the work performed. We appreciate it.

Job was to replace an existing garage door that had been damaged. Technician arrived on time, removed all parts of the existing garage door (panels, rails--everything but the garage door opener) and installed a new identical door. I'm relatively new to Delaware, OH, and have had to call a couple of times for garage door opener issues on the home I purchased. On the first occasion, the springs on my door broke; on the second service call 7 months later, one of the replacement springs malfunctioned. I've appreciated the fact that in both cases, a technician was able to come to my house on the day that I called. He was courteous and professional, explained exactly what was wrong, what needed repairing and why, and promptly completed the work. On the second trip, I'd planned to add an upgraded part to my system and the technician's manager gave it to me the $150 part for free since because of the spring failure. I'll continue to use Precision Garage Door and would highly recommend it to potential customers.
