The tech who was sent out was very courteous. The repair was done correctly and quickly. I was shown how to avoid the door issue in the future. I will definitely schedule them again for my garage door needs.

Our tec was amazing. Diagnosed issue( motor ) was fried from lightning surge. Educated about the correct light bulb ( not led) on the opener . This caused connection issues with our car openers! Who new!! Great job ! Would recommend to all! Dan Jones

Always top notch service.

VERY disappointed. Had precision out today and just had to call them back to re-look at the door because half the wheels are sitting half way in their brackets (instead of all the way through) and the rail looks slanted/and I except the wheels would eventually slip out again (current issue) in the future. Waiting for them to come back out after paying almost $700 for the job... Probably won't work with them again. 1 star because they are QUICK to come out but not worth it. In hindsight I'm reading a lot of negative reviews on Reddit now.

Jesse Whitehead

Knowledgeable. Quick. Very clean install.

Because you are a real professional! You allow installment payments and checks. Very few companies do that anymore. I just wish new motors the least expensive was still alot of money for me since I only work part-time now. Unfortunately, that seems to be how everything is these past few years. You also came the same day I called. Which was great. The techs are super friendly informative and respectful.

I saw 3 different people that day, Precision didn't have the lowest rate, but only by a few dollars. In addition, they explained everything that was needed clearly and completely. They laid everything out and made sure our garage was usable again. One group told us we needed way more work than we did. Two, including Precision, said the exact same things were needed. Very happy to have Precision and we will use them again in the future

Matthew Daniels

On time, quick, and fantastic clean up.

Did a very good job and explained everything in detail to us. When it’s time for a garage door I will be calling Precision

Quick and reliable service, friendly technicians. Today, I was surprised when the technician repaired my garage door opener in just five minutes and did not charge me for the visit, as it was within a year of his last visit.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Columbus. Pat from Precision was fantastic! We called them for a garage door opener repair in July 2025. Our garage door opener broke on Friday, we made an appointment for Sunday morning, and Pat was there on time (with text and call in advance). He quickly diagnosed the issue (broken springs, other parts worn), gave us a range of options to replace the broken and worn parts. He then fixed it right away. The whole thing took less than 2 hours, and the garage door opens like new. About $2300 for parts and labor, but everything works and was prompt.

This was the second time we've used Precision, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They were here is less than 24 hours to address our issues. Communication was good and they arrived when they said they would. Jacob quickly determined the problem and provided us with a few options for resolving it. The invoice was exactly the amount that was quoted up front. Very satisfied.
