Precision was excellent from scheduling the appointment on the phone to the technician. They where right out to help with the garage repair, gave a detail report of what was needed and what needed to be done to repair the damage. Definitely, a go to vender for any garage emergency. Thank you for all your assistance.

After having a terrible experience w/another company last week, my garage door was still unable to open, my car wasvsitting outside, the other company's tech car left 3 large oil stains on my concrete driveway, I canceled my next appointment with the other company & call Precision Garage Doors. Precision office staff could not have been nicer. They scheduled their tech Evan (Joseph) Long to come out today, Sun Feb 5, 2023. Everything was perfect, Evan got everything done. He got the "hung door" released, diagnosed the main issue to be our old garage door opener, but he also got that up working. I opted to replace the 20+ year old garage door opener & some others things that seemed ready to replace. Evan explained everything, he did not pressure me to do anything, he showed me several options to look at, I chose one of the option & he completed the work. Thank goodness I called Precision, I highly recommend this company & especially tech Evan Long. Very pleased with everything, they are a 5 star plus company.

You exceeded my expectations, Tim's work, his expertise, diagnosis of the problem, his explanations, were excellent, as were his professional and personal manner --he is a fine man, and immediately inspires confidence. The same-day response was particularly encouraging--the new garage door opener is so superior to the old one; everything now works perfectly. When I discussed the matter with my oldest daughter, she told me she had used your services herself on two separate occasions, and highly recommended your company--so I knew I had made the best choice.

A little after 6am, I’m trying to leave and as they say, garage door springs don’t like the cold. I jumped online and chatted to set and appointment for approximately 10am. About 7:30 I get a call that a tech could be out around 8am. They went over the entire system and gave me 3 options. I made my selection and Jason replaced springs, bearings, rollers and bottom weatherstrip - also put the motor on a surge protector. 7yr warranty on all of this. As this was my first experience with them - can you say home run?

I could not be more grateful for this company! Jason came out very quickly after I called and discovered that the previous owner of my home installed the garage door completely wrong and the motor died! He explained the whole process to me and quickly installed a new motor, springs, keypad, belt drive garage opener and maybe more there was too much to remember! Again I am so lucky I called precision to help me because they were honest about what I should fix, they have a great warranty and Jason was very nice! Everything was working quicker than I had ever hoped and I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Michael came and serviced our 20+ year old garage door. He was pleasant, informative and did a great job. The door works as good, if not better than it did when it was new. We were able to have it fixed in less than 2 hours after our call to Precision.

This is the second time I've employed PRECISION with the same great satisfaction. Just to be clear, this repair was unrelated to the first repair. Regardless, David presented options for my door repair in a pressure-free manor. Seriously, I've used two other repair services. Neither came close to the courteous way in which I've been treated by PRECISION.

Thank you very much for your friendly, quick, thorough service this holiday weekend. Phone operator was very nice & set up an appointment to have a technician help us in a couple of hours. Tim arrived early & provided a couple of options, had our garage door working within the hour. Fast, friendly service. Great job. Would definitely recommend you and call again if needed.
