I have had a good experience with Precision repair person. In ten years have used them three times, and each service person knew and repair the problem. They were courtliest efficient and came on time. They called before arrival and had all the necessary tools on hand to solve the problem. Could not be happier with this company. John M. I had an old Craftman garage door opener that wouldn't open or close. I thought it was the door that was causing the issue, but nothing was operating even with the door unattended. I called PDS on a Sunday, stated my issue, and an appointment was set up on the same day. Alex was the technician, who called back and arrived earlier than the appointment due to a previous cancellation. Alex was very thorough with his inspection of the entire garage door, and provided many repair options. Once an option was selected, he explained what he would do and completed the job as quickly as possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very tidy. He inspected his work to ensure everything was working, and cleaned everything up before completing the final paperwork. Thank you very much Alex! Job well done! Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!

Great service! Great company! I called at 2p, and they were able to get a tech out at 6:15p the same day! Alex was great! Fixed door, gave me some maintenance tips, and both my dogs loved him! All for a very fair price!

David was on time .....he was called to do a 2 year check up on a garage door we purchased from Precision. He was very efficient checking out everything and lubricating all parts that needed to be lubricated. He also told me how to lubricate the door parts every 6 months. I have always been pleased with Precision Door Service.

Tom arrived within an hour of my call this morning to identify why my door wouldn't fully close and proceeded to fix the problem. Sadly my 20 year old opener died while he was working. He installed a new system and made sure that everything, including key pad and remotes worked well. The door is now operating more smoothly and quietly than when I bought my home. I do recommend this company.

Alex was our technician. He was very polite and courteous the whole time and called ahead to let us know his expected arrival time. He came to replace a broken spring which was under warranty and indicated I needed new bearings for the spring assembly because they were grinding. Not surprised as the door is 22 years old. He replaced the broken spring and the bad bearings, adusted the door opener and lubricated all the rollers, etc. He did an excellent and professional job quickly and I am very pleased with the results. I recommended this company to my neighbor just last week and she is very happy with the response time and repair! I would definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

This was a pleasantly painless experience. Making the appointment was easy (I got a live person on the phone at 6:30pm on a weeknight), their availability was great (they offered next-morning service but I went with Saturday to not miss work and that wasn't an extra fee), and I got email confirmation (including pictures of the possible technicians). The technician, who was nice and professional, called on their way and arrived right at the beginning of the 9-11am appointment range, gave me two estimates based on whether I wanted to upgrade to a different spring type, took just over an hour to do the repair (which included spring replacement and straightening a damaged panel so it didn't have to be replaced), and added/replaced a few older small parts to get the door in overall better shape without changing the final cost. Overall, this was one of the most stress-free repair services I've ever had.

The technician came within the requested time frame, replaced the spring in a short amount of time, was friendly, showed us our options, and fixed only what we asked to be fixed. Derek and David came promptly on Labor Day after I called the night before. It was not emergency, but I appreciated getting my garage door to open. They showed me how to open/close the manual opener in the future and they serviced the springs, tightened bolts, and lubricated all parts. I'm all set for the next power outage, which happens frequently lately.

Great service, superb technician. The original garage door we ordered had a glass pane damaged during shipping. Rather than re-order, Precision installed a higher quality door of the same design they had in stock at no additional price.
