From our initial call on a Saturday evening to the completion of work Sunday afternoon, everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. We were given what every customer desires, “a predictable journey”! I’d like to give a special thank you to Tim Jr., who went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done and every safety component was working correctly. He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Again, huge shout out and thank you to Tim Jr.. We will be repeat customers as a direct result of his service!

Once again, Dustin knocked it out of the park! He's professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Precision answered late on a Monday, and by Tuesday morning, he was already at my residence. I had human interaction even on the first call. You don't see that anymore. Most use automated answering services. I highly recommend if you have any issues with your garage.

Excellent service & quality workmanship! They go above and beyond! Last year, we had a major problem with our 46 year old, all wood, 4 panel garage door. I'm certain it would have been easier and faster to just replace the door. But, we really wanted to save it if at all possible since it perfectly matches our tudor-style home. Walker spearheaded an incredible repair and we were so impressed with the technicians' knowledge, problem solving abilities and perseverance! The door works beautifully and all parts they installed have a 10-year warranty! I highly recommend this company!!

I see your commercials on Good Day Columbus, so when my son left one of our remotes on the roof of his car and we could not locate it, we knew we needed to change out the codes and replace the remotes. Also, our outdoor keypad had stopped working, so i asked for it to be replaced. Dimitri was very polite and helpful, and worked efficiently, doing all the work including reprogramming in less than an hour. The price was fair and he lubricated the door before he left. I called this morning and the work was done several hours later. He left me his card in case I have any further issues. Highly recommend.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was fantastic. My wife and I returned home from running errands on July 4th. We had a quick turnaround to get to a holiday gathering. However, the garage door would not open. I sent my wife to the holiday gathering. I called Precision thinking I would leave a message and hope for a callback on July 5th. But a person answered the phone. The next surprise was that someone would be at our house in a couple of hours. Sure enough, a repairman arrived at our home on July 4th. He did an excellent job replacing the broken springs and bearings. He was doing this on a holiday in a garage that was stifling hot and throughout the work maintained a positive attitude. In about an hour, the garage door was ready to open, and it did so flawlessly. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service will be our go to team for our garage door needs. Thank you for being there in our time of crisis.

Saturday late afternoon my garage door somehow came off track. I called your company for help since your company installed a new garage door last July. Jordan James Damron came to my home this past Saturday within a few hours and repaired it. He was very courteous and polite, which I appreciated. He told me that I will need to get a new opener since this one is old which causes some of the jerky-ness. It was installed dated 1999. If I purchase one from your company for replacement, I would like Mr. Damron to install it. Thank you again for having such good employees.

When I called Precision Garage Door to schedule an appointment Chelsea was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating to my schedule. The technician Walker was great. He answered my questions I felt comfortable that he was knowledgeable and that I would get quality work from him. He gave me estimates on two options to repair my garage door and offered different ways to pay. Items that were removed were taken to be recycled. The option I choose has a 5-year warranty which sweetened the deal.

Bottom Line - Adam H did a great job. I called Precision at 11 AM with both cars stuck in the garage and Adam arrived at 1:30. Slightly over an hour later he had replaced the old ( 5 years and 2 months old) Torquemaster that had failed with a new tested torsion spring system. I also upgraded the rollers to the sealed bearing design and he eliminated the noise that the original installer was unable to fix. Very professional and efficient.
