We were very happy with the job that Precision performed on our garage door. The main spring broke at 2:00 in the afternoon leaving us with a garage door that would not close. Dustin was at our door at 4:30 to fix it. He did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend and use Precision services again.

Our service technician was David Simpson. He went over all the different parts of the door and provided options with no pressure to do any additional work. He answered my questions, explained the wearing of different parts on the garage door, just very knowledgeable. We have older doors and also needed one of the indoor garage door openers replaced. Again he explained the options since our model was no longer available. He was prompt, stuck to the cost estimate he provided as well as the timing to complete the job. I am most appreciative of his positive, friendly attitude while answering my questions as the service call was well after "normal" business hours. I ended up replacing springs, cords and rollers on both garage doors due to the age and wear of the components. The price was fair and the service was completely timely.

Our technician (David (A) - Simpson) was excellent! He was very professional and thorough. If we ever have garage door issues again, we will probably choose Precision and hope we get David! David diagnosed our issue as a bad motor. We definitely would have had David install a new one if the estimate of a Genie 1/2 HP chain drive ($695, $595 with coupon) would have been within $100 of a Loew's Genie 3/4 HP belt drive ($392 installed), but the $200 difference was too much to ignore! Actually, I installed myself and saved an additional $100. I don't mind paying for good service, but don't appreciate being gouged. Again, nothing but great reviews for David, just not impressed with Precision's pricing!

I got your name from my neighbor; in fact Lashad also repaired her garage door. Lashad was very professional and I felt very comfortable while he was here as I live by myself. He also programmed my car door opener as I am not able to drive my car at the moment.

We saw one of their trucks down the street one day and decided to call as we were having issues with our garage door. Appointment was made. Tyler called 30 minutes out, showed up on time, assessed the problem, and gave us some quotes explaining every detail. It was all done within a couple of hours, on a Sunday I might add. Our garage door broke on a Thursday night around 8:30 PM. Since they have 24/7 service, we called and got an appointment for 10 AM-2 PM the next day. Matt arrived around 10:30 AM and had a new garage door opener installed and operating by 12:30 PM. Great product and service!!

After an evening call to their 24/7 service line , they were out to my house next morning. Jason was pleasant, very knowledgeable, explained what was needed and gave me 3 different options for repair. He had all the needed supplies and was done in little more than 90 min.They may be on the high end price wise for repairs done ,based on my quick research before service, {i'm om a fixed income}but the quick response and their policy on warranty made up for it. The quick service avoided stress of calling several companies and possibly not being able to get my car out of garage in an emergency. Sometimes you pay a little more for great customer service.

But today Kayne Sickler from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to my home to work on my garage door and totally exceeded my expectations. From his courtesy call and friendly “Good Morning” to making sure I didn’t stand in the cold too long, how could I not take the time to write a glowing review? Kayne certainly seems to know his job, was efficient and explained everything to me before he did it.
