The estimator Ms. Alana listened to what I wanted which was to replace my two 40+ year old garage doors and the worn out opener on one of them. She showed me samples and really knew her products. She provided a fair price and the doors were scheduled for installation 4 days later. Alex Eliopoulos was the installer and showed up on time and did a absolute 100% professional job installing the doors, opener, and trim. He even programed my car for the new opener. As a retired licensed aircraft mechanic I could not have asked for a better installation job. Thanks Alana and Alex for your great service.

Had our springs replaced today. Tom. P. was prompt, professional and explained everything. The price was higher than expected when he gave me the estimate but, it needed done and done correctly. I was advised not to try this repair on my own. The service was fantastic however, I can't give 5 stars because of the cost.

I had a problem with the myQ app on my phone showing my garage door was off-line. I tried different things like resetting my wi-fi, uninstalling and re-installing the app, to no avail. So I called Precision Door Sales and the tech tried and he ended up telling me that I needed to call tech support because of the Wi-Fi problem. He then stayed around while I talked on the phone to tech support to make sure the problem was resolved, it was. Thanks to both your garage door tech and the tech support on the phone.

I've been a Precision customer for a many years. Only 45 minutes passed from the time I called Precision to schedule a service call until John A. pulled into the driveway. WOW!!! John introduced himself, evaluated the problem and presented several repair options with different price points. We discussed the options. No pressure. Just honest evaluation of the options. My old opener wasn’t responding consistently when using my remote or keypad. Chatted online with Precision service tech and was surprised that they were able to dispatch a specialist immediately (and on a Sunday). James arrived, quickly assessed the problem (faulty board in the 25 year-old opener) and upon determining a replacement board was unavailable due to its age, quoted me prices and options on new openers. James had my new opener installed quickly and reviewed the new features with me before he left. I couldn’t be happier with the quick response from Precision and the work performed by James.

I can’t say enough great things about this garage door company. I have used them 3 times and everyone from whoever I spoke with on the phone to the technician was so professional and so accommodating. We were very pleased with our interactions with Precision Door from start to finish. We contacted them because we needed to repair or replace our garage door. They scheduled a rep to come out and evaluate our door on the same day. Sarah arrived promptly at the time indicated and assessed the condition of the door. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us a few options and was not pushy. We were able to schedule the installation of the new door in a few days. Lake was scheduled to replace the door and he too arrived at the specified time. He worked steadily and installed the new door in the time he had indicated. He had to follow up with another visit to install the correct trim. Once again he arrived at the specified time. We were very impressed with the company's service. An e-mail confirming the staff member who would be coming to do the work preceded each visit. The e-mail included pictures and names of the staff members. A phone call preceded each visit with an approximate time of arrival. We would highly recommend Precision Door for quality of product, customer service and professional staff members.

The online booking process was very convenient since the failure happened late at night Second time Precision replaced a broken spring. Last time was 19 years ago. Comparative price was reasonable. Called for estimate for new garage doors and openers.Received immediate response and had Alana in my driveway within 2 hours. She was very polite and extremely professional and listened intently to our needs. She was able to explain the proposals in detail and gave us multiple options to consider. We were extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase new garage doors and was promised install within a few days. Doors were purchased on Tuesday and install scheduled for the following Tuesday.
