The technician was very polite and did a good job. However the final price to replace two springs was way beyond ridiculous!!! 800.00 just for two springs!!!! This should not have been more than 400.00 I will never use or recommend Precision garage door services Ever!!! And yes I should have stepped in and refused service upon his price quote!!

David H did an excellent job, and very quickly too. He even greased my bearings, and the entire opener system at no charge. I received an estimate the night before online and the final price was within that estimate. The estimate perimeters were very broad and they could easily be narrower to reflect what the actual price will be for a broken spring. They quoted $100-$360 and final price was $350 minus a 10% educators discount for the final price of $315. I am a satisfied customer overall.

From scheduling to meet my appointment needs, to meeting with the sales person, Alana, everyone has been as professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as anyone could expect. Alana explained everything, brought me several samples of colors to actually match to my new siding, showed me the styles and textures available on her tablet with my actual garage in the picture. She was marvelous. She sent me an outlined estimate before she left. I just need to arrange the install. What a great experience!! So glad I called.
