Alex and Dmitri were the perfect installers. These guys are extremely professional and respectful to your home. They did not leave a mess nor was there any damage to my home. Fast, same day service, at my business. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving an estimate of over $2000 to replace my opener I was not happy, but after the tech contacted the office, I received a price of $1000 that I thought was fair enough. I would offer 5 stars, but having to play a silly pricing game turned me off!

Was not impressed with the service. He was here about 5 minutes. Looked at the wiring to the sensor and then wanting to sell me a new garage door opener. Not impressed at all with the service.

Prompt and courteous service. David (service tech) was on time, competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Work was timely completed and outcome is satisfactory. My only concern and mild complaint is the astronomical costs involved, but I guess that's the atmosphere in today's world.

Carlos contacted me prior to coming to my house- excellent! When he arrived, he asked me to explain what was going on, and after letting him know what the issue was, he knew exactly what happened and got to work. After about 20 minutes of servicing the door and keypad he explained what happened. A VERY professional knowledge person. I would recommend Precision to ANYONE

The door installer Alex was great and professional. He stayed until all controls were operable and working. 5 stars to both Megan and Alex. Great job.

My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation

The repair tech showed up on time, was clearly an expert, and repaired the problem quickly. He also did some adjustment on the springs and chain. The result is that the opener not only works again, but it is also quieter and smoother than before.

I had an issue with my door not closing. I called, they scheduled an appointment for me that day. The technician, Walker, called me shortly after my initial call to let me know he was coming. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. I chose to have the repairs done, and Walker quickly completed the job.

My Genie key pad wasn't working properly, I just purchased a few weeks ago. Precision sent out a professional technician and he replaced the product with a better key pad. I didn't have to wait for an appointment, they had someone out to my address same day. I would definitely refer Precision Garage Door, to repair garage door, the technician's are professionals and knowledgeable about repairing your garage door.
