Carlos contacted me prior to coming to my house- excellent! When he arrived, he asked me to explain what was going on, and after letting him know what the issue was, he knew exactly what happened and got to work. After about 20 minutes of servicing the door and keypad he explained what happened. A VERY professional knowledge person. I would recommend Precision to ANYONE

This was my second experience using Pricision Garage Door. They are A1. Megan was a pleasure to work with to get me the garage door that I wanted. Setting up installation the next day. The door installer Alex was great and professional. He stayed until all controls were operable and working. 5 stars to both Megan and Alex. Great job.

My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation

The repair tech showed up on time, was clearly an expert, and repaired the problem quickly. He also did some adjustment on the springs and chain. The result is that the opener not only works again, but it is also quieter and smoother than before.

I had an issue with my door not closing. I called, they scheduled an appointment for me that day. The technician, Walker, called me shortly after my initial call to let me know he was coming. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. I chose to have the repairs done, and Walker quickly completed the job.

Matt Eberly was our technician and was very professional and assessed our garage doors and made sound recommendations for repairs. He provided a quote prior to making the repairs and checked all his work to make sure everything was in good working order when he finished. Very pleasant man and excellent customer service. I replaced my old overhead door opener with a side opener. I could not believe the difference. It is so quiet you have to listen to hear it. Derek done me an excellent job by balancing my door replacing my rollers and programming my remotes. I would recommend precision door company and Derek the technician to anyone. I recently had the pleasure of working with Precision Garage Door Columbus, and I can confidently say they exceeded all expectations. From the moment I called, their customer service was professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful. They scheduled a same-day appointment and arrived exactly when they said they would—no waiting, no excuses. Danny was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our garage door—broken springs and a misaligned track—and explained the repair process in simple terms. The work was done efficiently and with obvious attention to detail. The garage door now runs smoother than it has in years.
