I needed a spring replaced on my garage door. I called in the work order and was surprised to get a live person to talk to which is reassuring to begin with. Service tech Tim came to do the job. He was clear and concise about pricing, upgrades to the better springs. He was speedy and the job went well. I highly recommend Precision to my friends.

He quickly assessed the issues replaced the wheel and made sure all was running perfectly before he left. He was super polite and very respectful of our home. Had the pleasure of working with Dmitri today. I woke up to the sound that nobody wants to hear, the chain on our garage door breaking. Precision came out on a Sunday to repair our garage door. (No extra charge for the weekend) Technician, Adam, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the garage door up and running very quickly. I actually remembered your ad about same day service (in most cases) when I realized why my garage door would not open.
