This company is all about customer service. My garage door self destructed so i called Precision. They were here within 90 minutes and had it fixed within about an hour. Good Job !!!!

Pleased with the technician and his patience :). The new rollers have quieted the opening and closing of the door quite a bit. Realized the next day however, that when he reprogrammed the remote in the garage that he forgot, and we didn't remember either to reprogram the opener on the outside of the garage door and the opener in our car. Fortunately our neighbor was able to help us. But we will most likely call you again if we need service. thank you. Jane

Very pleased with this company. My service tech was Alex and he takes customer service to a new level. Super friendly and very informative as he went through the install. Went over everything in detail and happily answered any and all questions I had. Our new opener installed works great and is way more quieter than our old one. Contacted them at 1 on a Saturday and Alex was there at 2:30 same day. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this company. Any work I have in the future I will for sure use them and ask for Alex.

Your tech. Colon did a great job he inspected our old opener and showed us how it really couldn’t be fixed. He showed up on time did the work and made sure we new all the new features of the opener and we new how to operate everything. Great job very satisfied

My garage door opener stopped working on Fri. I googled for someone to repair it and found Precision. Scheduled visit for first thing Monday. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised, and was here in the time that I selected. I showed him what my garage door opener was doing and he replied, "It's fried." I thought as much. Quoted me a new one, said he could replace it in about an hour which he did. Would use Precision again and would recommend them.

Called Precision door yesterday to schedule an appointment. That evening Tech Dustin showed up to look at my garage door opener. I thought the visit was for an evaluation. Dustin informed me that he could have me up and running in 45 minutes! He made some repairs and adjustments to my door. Tech was very friendly and knowledgable. I was dealing with a pro. He stayed until I was comfortable with using the remotes. The added bonus he lubricated the garage door hinges and railings. The door opens and closes very smoothly. Thanks for making my day! ***** rating for sure.

Alex came 3 hours earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Our door was frozen to the floor and when we opened it, the bracket came off. He went to work immediately after explaining what he was going to do and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Will have him come back when it’s warmer to do some realignment. Great service and company.

I highly recommend Precision Door -Columbus. I had the greatest experience from getting an estimate to the completion of my garage door opener installation and keypad. Shelly at the office was so professional, understanding , and caring. Dustin, my installer, was awesome. Can not say enough good about these two.

This is the first time that I used this company for a garage door repair. The man I selected (Tim) came on time and explained fully what he needed to do, plus he answered all my questions in a very satisfactory manner. The job was to replace a rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door which was too thin. The new rubber seal is so much better and am sure nothing will get under the garage door now. The price was reasonable, and there really isn't any negative that I can say about the experience, only positive things. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
