In both instances when I need someone right away Precision was there in less than 24 hours. Once for a new garage door motor and most recently when the 16 year old spring on the door broke. Professional, customer focused and kind. Highly recommend Precision !

Called Precision door yesterday to schedule an appointment. That evening Tech Dustin showed up to look at my garage door opener. I thought the visit was for an evaluation. Dustin informed me that he could have me up and running in 45 minutes! He made some repairs and adjustments to my door. Tech was very friendly and knowledgable. I was dealing with a pro. He stayed until I was comfortable with using the remotes. The added bonus he lubricated the garage door hinges and railings. The door opens and closes very smoothly. Thanks for making my day! ***** rating for sure.

Alex came 3 hours earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Our door was frozen to the floor and when we opened it, the bracket came off. He went to work immediately after explaining what he was going to do and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Will have him come back when it’s warmer to do some realignment. Great service and company.

Tech is personable, understanding, and does a great job explaining the options to you so you know what to expect and what it will be without questions. Work was finished quicker than anticipated and the tech took time to show me everything was in working order and answer any questions before the checkout. I highly recommend Precision Door -Columbus. I had the greatest experience from getting an estimate to the completion of my garage door opener installation and keypad. Shelly at the office was so professional, understanding , and caring. Dustin, my installer, was awesome. Can not say enough good about these two.

This is the first time that I used this company for a garage door repair. The man I selected (Tim) came on time and explained fully what he needed to do, plus he answered all my questions in a very satisfactory manner. The job was to replace a rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door which was too thin. The new rubber seal is so much better and am sure nothing will get under the garage door now. The price was reasonable, and there really isn't any negative that I can say about the experience, only positive things. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

We called Precision desperate because my car was stuck in the garage because of a broken spring on the garage door. They gave us a 2 hour window for that same day. Unfortunately my opener was 20 years old and parts weren’t going to be an easy find, although David the technician tried. I ended up purchasing a new opener and while I wasn’t happy with the high price that was charged the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated! As usual, I am very please with the speed of getting a technician to my home ASAP. I purchased garage door opener in June. I have had problems with door not going down/shutting. We hope by switching the sensors today this will work! The technician was going to check to see if you had covers that would work with protecting sensors. I hope he is able to check and give me feedback.

My garage door opener stopped working on Fri. I googled for someone to repair it and found Precision. Scheduled visit for first thing Monday. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised, and was here in the time that I selected. I showed him what my garage door opener was doing and he replied, "It's fried." I thought as much. Quoted me a new one, said he could replace it in about an hour which he did. Would use Precision again and would recommend them.
