Adam was kind, thorough, arrived at the scheduled time and completed the replacement of the spring plus replacement of the bottom door seal in a professional manner. Plus, there is a warrantee attached to this service which had never been my experience previously from other companies. Precision will definitely be my choice for future issues. I am also impressed that they have a photo and short bio of the service people, which they send by email prior to the service time - so you are sure that you are admitting the appropriate person to your garage!

A huge two thumbs up! David Crowe called to tell us he was on his way. He assessed the problem. Actually there was no problem. We thought one of the springs had moved along the rod. He explained that the two springs on either side of the rod were different lengths and that this was by design. For each question we had, David provided a clear answer. We know little about garage doors and he could have sold us something and we would have been none the wiser. I can't say enough good things about Precision and will highly recommend this company to others. Btw, David is definitely a keeper! What a nice guy!

I called Precision for an emergency garage for repair on a Sunday evening. Joseph L., the technician, was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the repair to myself. We cannot say enough good things about our garage door spring repair service received from Precision Garage Door, specifically from Michael Bowman. Michael was so courteous and respectful of our home. He called ahead and arrived right on time. Michael fully explained our options and how the repair (if we choose to have the spring replaced) would proceed. Of course, he had the required parts on his truck and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. Our issue happened on a Saturday night and by 11:00 am Sunday our door was fixed! The entire team at Precision Garage Door was excellent start to finish. Great Job! Will not hesitate to call again should we need garage door service.

This is the third time I've used Precision. As previous times before, I called and and got a very friendly voice and was assured someone would be at my house today, (Joe was there within an hour) and they would be able to fix the problem. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable and did indeed fix my issues in a timely manner. He gave me several options on parts and their prices and let me decide what I wanted to install and spend with no pressure, instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need and at higher prices. I am 100% satisfied with the work and overall service I got (as always)and would highly recommend Precision for any garage door service.

I selected Precision for my mother because we had a coupon for a free service call. I am outraged that she was charged a $20.00 transportation fee. She got a 3 door garage opener when she only has one garage. Simply makes no sense to replace her opener at that expense. The tech said the second opener had the batteries in a bit crooked. It still doesn't work. I will be ordering a second remote from Amazon, exactly the same as your company provided for $32.99. I feel like you took advantage of an 88 year old big time.

My experience was great! I went on the website and did a chat to ask some questions, got scheduled for an estimate the next day and had the work done that same day. I cancel my appointment because I got the garage door to work, but ask if they can set me up for a remote for the garage, the lady on the phone said yes, so the tech comes out, he didn't touch anything, not a thing and stated the unit was too old for a remote and charged me $49.00 for a service call, if he had touched something, to ensure the unit was old. then I would feel ripped off.

I saw your ad on local TV just after my garage door broke. Called the next day and a technician was there within 24 hours. He explained what the problem with the door was and what was needed to fix it. Then went on to explain other problems with the door that could cause problems in the future. He explained the cost of fixing those problems as well and let me choose what worked for me. He was efficient and courteous. A very friendly man. I liked the 5-year warranty, too.
