Jesse Burns did a complete maintenance review of my 14 year old garage door. Upon completion of the review he explained everything in detail , prepared a draft of what items needed to be fixed ,with a cost break down and I had the option to choose what work I wanted him to do. I chose the entire package due to age of the door and the supporting equipment. Great service, very professional work and he was a very friendly representative of your company. Joshua Figueroa promptly came in our time of need. He was very informative and professional. He gave us several options to repair or replace, the cost of each option and the pros/cons of each. He was fast and friendly and will be calling Precision Door with all of our garage door needs.

Bad experience…. One of our springs broke but the door was still working. I called the night before so we could be on the schedule the next day. Talked to someone about the cost and she told me depending on the spring $65-118 each installed. When the tech showed up it was not the tech I was told or the tech in the email. After he looked at my door, he gave us three quotes. $520, $960 and $1500. The door is not that old and should not need a complete rebuild. Told the tech we are going to get another quote and he said that will be $49.95 for the service call unless we have work done. We then asked him to just do the springs. Looking at the invoice he charged $120 per spring plus a $20 fleet transportation fee???? Total $278.20 when we tried to use the $15 off coupon from the website he said he could not take it because he gave us a good deal and upgraded our springs. This is not a company I will be recommending and I think it awful how they are out to sell something you don’t need. They are not a company that is in your best interest. Stay away….

I called at 3:30pm to schedule a service call for my broken garage door. I was expecting at least a day to get someone out, but Kayne was to the house by 4pm and we had a beautiful new door installed less than 24 hours later! I chose Precision from a referral of a friend who had a new door opener installed a few weeks ago. I was really surprised when I called yesterday and a technician, Walker, was able to come out around 4:00 PM in the same afternoon. There had been two lightbulbs over the last six months that hadn't just burned out, they actually exploded and sent glass all over the garage. I've never really been happy with the way the door itself was working. It seemed noisy and seemed slow at times and faster at others. Walker went over everything and found some things that didn't seem to be done correctly when I had the garage built last year. I asked him if he would give me an estimate to repair the entire thing in order for it to perform correctly. Again, I was surprised after I okayed the repairs and he was able to replace the opener and repair the other things the same evening. I thought it would be several days to repair. My garage door is now steady and quiet when opening and closing. He arrived around 3:40 PM and was done and on his way by around 7:00 PM. He was very pleasant and informative. He had no problem answering any of my questions or showing me and explaining to me what he was doing. I grew up with three brothers and they were always helping me and showing me how to do things so I've always been interested in seeing how things work. Because of them, I feel pretty self sufficient today. I may be 75 years old but I'm still learning. Walker is a great asset to your company. I will have no problem recommending your company to anyone I know who is having a garage door problem. Thanks for "fixing my garage door"!!!!!!!!! Judy Squeo

The technician replaced springs on 2 of the 3 garage doors, replaced all of the wheels/bearings, and tuned up all three door openers. He did an excellent job. Very professional, personable and skilled. We truly appreciated the end product. I highly recommend this company.

Everything needed to be replaced except for the door. Kayne was the technician. He was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly the problems so that I could choose the best solution. Working w Precision Door is a dream come true. As far as I'm concerned there is no competition & there doesn't need to be. From step one they've been expedient, punctual, knowledgeable, personable, & our rep, Dustin, has been absolutely wonderful, explaining everything in great detail to make sure a less knowledgeable person, such as myself, understands, which I sooo appreciate! I also love how they try to send the same rep out to inspect & do the repair, if done separately, as was done for us. Dustin fixed our door in record time & it sounds so much better than it did before! He also let me do a trial run w everything including our garage door openers after to make sure it all worked, & it did beautifully. Their options for payment plans have also been so helpful in that we could go ahead & thankfully get this done. dI needed my garage door system fixed. A young man named Walker came and looked into my situation. Since my prior work had been done by Garage Door Service the motor was theirs. It was a circuit problem. Being on a strick budget, I could not afford a new one. Walker walked me through all of the senarios and I ended up not fixing now. There was no charge and the technician was wonderful I would recommend Precision to anyone for honest estimates and excellent service. A definite 5.

I called Precision Door after another company that I had called said that they could not meet their time that I had scheduled between 12 noon and 2 PM. They called to cancel at 11:45 said it would be 2 days to get to me. Precision said they could get to me between 4-8 PM. They called back in 15 minutes and showed up less than 1 hour later. All the work was done by 2 pm. Great service, good prices and everything works well. Go with these people!
