we called Precision Door Services because our garage door broke, they were very prompt when they stated what time they would arrive, the technician was very nice and professional. found out that we needed 2 springs the last place only fixed 1 since there was only 1 originally installed.

Pleased with the technician and his patience :). The new rollers have quieted the opening and closing of the door quite a bit. Realized the next day however, that when he reprogrammed the remote in the garage that he forgot, and we didn't remember either to reprogram the opener on the outside of the garage door and the opener in our car. Fortunately our neighbor was able to help us. But we will most likely call you again if we need service. thank you. Jane

I hired Precision this time because several years ago the wire broke and someone from Precision came and fixed it. He was professional and I liked it. Since then I have hired other company/handyman to fix different problems. Now it was time to get a new garage door, my house is almost 30 years old, and I chose Precision and I am glad I did. They called me ahead and got here on time. They wore clean uniform and very polite. Their job was done without any debris. Friendly attitude and sincere. Ead arrived on time, diagnosed our problem - a broken spring that was installed 25 years ago in 1995 resulting in a broken cable. Ead professionally completed his work replacing both springs and installing new cables and ball bearings in a couple of hours. Thanks, Ead!!

Very pleased with this company. My service tech was Alex and he takes customer service to a new level. Super friendly and very informative as he went through the install. Went over everything in detail and happily answered any and all questions I had. Our new opener installed works great and is way more quieter than our old one. Contacted them at 1 on a Saturday and Alex was there at 2:30 same day. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this company. Dustin was awesome! We just moved into a new build, and Dustin did a fantastic job of talking through our options for openers on our doors. He explained everything perfectly, and he even made sure that I got the correct information from our Smart Home provider so that our garage doors operated exactly as that provider had promised. He even offered to speak with them directly so that our needs would be taken care of. I wish the other companies that we worked with for other services for our new home were as fantastic as my experience with Precision. They were able to accommodate my schedule, were fantastic to speak with over the phone and set up an appointment, and Dustin was a wonderful technician. We will absolutely be recommending Precision (and Dustin!) to others.

I called Precision after finding a broken torsion spring and also because I suspected that the 18 year old door opener had kicked the bucket. My appointment was set and kept the same day. Tom Palmer was the technician who repaired the door and installed a new door opener. He answered all my questions thoroughly, gave me a clear cost estimate and got right to work after I gave the OK to proceed. Less than three hours later I had a perfectly functioning garage door. Tom explained how to operate things correctly and took away all the replaced materials. It's nice to find someone and a company that deserves a five star rating. In my case they earned it. Thanks.
