I got a new garage door and everything went very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would and did a quick job of getting the new door installed. Where Precision excelled even more, though, was in their customer service. A few months later, I had a small problem with the door and they came the next day and took care of the problem with no extra charge. Their folks are very professional and friendly and I can tell they care about customer satisfaction. A very good experience!

When my automatic garage door failed to open, I called Precision Door Services because they had provided excellent service on a prior visit. I was given a two-hour window in which to expect my service repair person. About half way into that "window", Jason called to let me know he was on his way, but, since he was on the other side of town, it would take him a while to get to my house. I appreciated that notification and the extra time wasn't a problem for me. I was pleased to discover that my technician was the same young man who had serviced my garage door before. He was very personable and efficient in his work. He also reminded me that I had a service warranty so the call would not cost me anything - nice surprise! I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends.

This is the second time I've employed PRECISION with the same great satisfaction. Just to be clear, this repair was unrelated to the first repair. Regardless, David presented options for my door repair in a pressure-free manor. Seriously, I've used two other repair services. Neither came close to the courteous way in which I've been treated by PRECISION.

In June 2022, I called Precision to repair a broken spring on our garage door. Matt came and took care of that problem plus repairied other related issues and so when I accidentally closed the garage door on my sister's SUV, I knew that Precision would be the company to call. I phoned on 12/30/2022 and they scheduled us for 1/1/2023. I was so surprised by the immediate scheduling and today, Adam arrived on time and in a very professional manner handled the problem to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of attention to their garage doors. Our experience has been very satisfying and their technicians are courteous and professional.

I’ve used Precision since I’d moved into my condo 8+ yrs ago. They’ve always been courteous & focused on making their installations/repairs right. I RARELY give a 5-star review—will only do so if a company has “walked on water”. This last service call was a minor thing, but I’d been without a remote for 2 months. What may seem minor to someone else, it’s huge to me, esp in this weather! Thank you!

Amazed he could get here in this weather. He got all repairs to the door done,but the belt on the motor is not available, so the job will be finished Monday. Some suppliers were closed, so that explains the lack of availability. I would recommend this company highly.

I would recommend using Precision Door Service to anyone. It was easy to make an appointment, even on a Sunday, and then to re-schedule when plans changed. The service tech was timely, gave us 30 minutes warning when they were coming, and completed the task quickly and efficiently.
