I told the tech to leave the old garage door opener but he took it anyway. There was nothing wrong with it but it mysteriously stopped working while he worked on repairing the rails. Then sold me a very expensive opener. I want my old one back. The new one jerks and squeaks when opening!

First of all David was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Job was completed as discussed and explained simple maintenance that I can do to extend the life of my door. He explained that the side cables were fraying and showed me why it would make sense to change theses while he was changing the springs. Your commercials were exactly what I experienced and definitely would recommend you Precision to my friends

Six stars to both Precision and technician Dmitri! Service was very prompt, professional and the problem was fixed same day. Dmitri was personable, experienced, well-spoken and gave us great confidence that he would fix the problem. It required a new opener and a new spring system. Not a simple solution, but he accomplished it all in about two hours. Despite it being an unexpected major repair, we are delighted with the new system.

Tim from Precision installed a new garage door opener, new springs, and a new key pad. I called for service on Monday morning and Tim was here by mid-afternoon the same day. He checked the opener and the door hardware. We discussed the options and I decided to replace the old opener, etc. Tim is very knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure to do any work beyond what was needed and no attempt to up sell new equipment. What he recommended was totally appropriate and he was able to complete the job within an hour. I can recommend Tim and Precision without any reservations.

I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Door. Late on Friday night I heard a loud sound. On further investigation I noticed my torsion spring had broken and my garage door would not open. I immediately called Precision and the call center put my mind at ease and scheduled a next day appointment. My technician, Evan, called on Saturday morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Evan accessed my broken spring and as I requested my garage door opener. After a thorough inspection together we discussed three price point options and two courses of action. I was confident in my decision for a complete overhaul of a 2004 garage door system with highest quality parts. The seven year warranty on parts and labor is outstanding. In addition I am confident in my choice of Precision Garage Doors due to no additional cost for after hours, weekend, and holidays. I read numerous positive review outcomes on the website as well as information on Evan, who is actually Joseph, however uses his middle name. Evan informed me that he is assigned as my technician for life as he is familiar with my garage door system. Precision is highly rated by the Better Business Bureau and the quick response to remedy my issue was much appreciated. Didn’t know who to call so read a bunch of reviews and chose your company. I couldn’t have hand picked a nicer technician and felt he was very knowledgeable about his profession and products. I did have culture shock when he showed me the prices but having not gotten estimates from other companies yours might not be out of line. I have had springs replaced in the past and the price was nothing like this. Again I can’t say enough good things about the technician but if I every need repairs again I will get at least 3 other estimates to see if yours are in line with others.
