My door was not working at 100%. Matt E. inspected the door and explained three service options. He quickly replaced the worn door hardware, the springs and lubricated all the hardware on the door. When he finished the door was running smoothly and in good balance. Matt is a true professional in doing his work.

I called to request a repair on my opener and was given an appointment and approximate price over the phone. Unfortunately the repair associate could not provide the spare part to repair due to the age of the opener. However he did give me some suggestions and a price for a commercial grade opener. I elected to replace myself with a residential model. I appreciated the honesty, discussion and no pressure sales approach. Since they could not repair, they did not charge the service call. I very much appreciate that integrity in service and doing the customer "right"! I will recommend any time for Precision. Thank you, Ben

All I can say is…RUN! They wanted to charge me $985 for a $180 repair that was done in 30 minutes by a great company named The Garage Door Guy. They also charged me $50 just to come out. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Great service and fast. Danny Was professional, kind, personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything carefully and got to work immediately. Although not just a broken spring unfortunately, but after 21 years of wear, it made the costly repair understandable. It’s the cost of owning an older home and we will be using Precision for future garage door repairs, though hoping not anything soon!

Tim came out to our house on a Sunday when our spring broke on our double garage and we couldn't get our cars out. He was so professional and thorough. He went above and beyond with his customer service and left us oil to spray on the hinges and springs. My experience Which Precision Garage Door Exceeded my expectations. When Gary arrived, He listened to my complaint that I was experiencing with the garage door opener motor. He inspected the garage door Functions and made Recommendations to solve not only my garage door opener motor problem. But other issues Involving operations of the door and gave me choices to choose from to solve all operations of the garage door. I made my choice. And the jobs were completed to my satisfaction. I called to get a estimate for a spring replacement. While the estimate for the spring replace was fair it would have been helpful for a new/first time customer to know that there are other parts that may need replacement. Parts that are not obviously broken like flanged ball bearings. The quote given by the technician only pointed on the difference in warranty prices. It would have been helpful if he pointed out what was being replaced. If I was given that information before hand I could have evaluated the bearings before the replacement. Better customer information makes for a happier customer.
