I was actually not looking forward to making an appointment thinking that another big repair bill was on the horizon for me. I knew the problem was the sensor wire and figured I’d be told to replace both due to age. Instead I was pleasantly surprised. James just replaced the wire and I was charged a very reasonable service charge. I was shocked. Not knowing much about garage door parts, I could easily have been “taken” for something I didn’t need. I appreciated the professionalism, courteous interaction, and inspection of the whole door for no extra fee. I will definitely call again when something goes wrong.

We were very pleased with our interactions with Precision Door from start to finish. We contacted them because we needed to repair or replace our garage door. They scheduled a rep to come out and evaluate our door on the same day. Sarah arrived promptly at the time indicated and assessed the condition of the door. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave us a few options and was not pushy. We were able to schedule the installation of the new door in a few days. Lake was scheduled to replace the door and he too arrived at the specified time. He worked steadily and installed the new door in the time he had indicated. He had to follow up with another visit to install the correct trim. Once again he arrived at the specified time. We were very impressed with the company's service. An e-mail confirming the staff member who would be coming to do the work preceded each visit. The e-mail included pictures and names of the staff members. A phone call preceded each visit with an approximate time of arrival. We would highly recommend Precision Door for quality of product, customer service and professional staff members.

Tim Jr. Was prompt, personable and friendly. He explained my options and answered my questions thoroughly. On-site 1 hour. The online booking process was very convenient since the failure happened late at night Second time Precision replaced a broken spring. Last time was 19 years ago. Comparative price was reasonable. Highly recommend them for service and repairs.

It was a weekend when the garage door spring broke. I called about noon, an appointment was scheduled for 2 pm to 6 pm. Patrick arrived about 4 pm after having called me when he was about 10 minutes away. He worked quickly and efficiently.

I want to say that the company stands behind their excellent work. I had my garage door installed a little less than a year ago and there was a issue with the door making noise when it was lowering. They came out came and made the adjustments that was needed. In addition, it was just one phone call and the person who I spoke to was quick and efficient in setting up my appointment. Lastly, the tech who came out was only 15 or 20 minutes with resolving the issue. No one could ask for a better company to do their work. Kudos, all the way around.

Service date 9.26.23 my tech was David Crowe. He was very friendly and had great customer service! I felt he really took care of my door issue. I was just impressed with the company service over all. I was not expecting to get a warranty on my repair, but I ended up with a 7 year warranty! Well done!

We had a great experience with Precision Door. From the first call to our Saturday service appointment, they were polite & professional. I got a call about 10 minutes before our Technician was at our door. He arrived in a company-marked vehicle which was great. Our service tech, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations by ensuring we had a complete understanding of the work that needed to be done before he started the repairs. He took pictures to show us exactly where the problems were occurring and, could likely happen in the future. Overall, I am so pleased that I called Precision Door!

After another company failed to show up, I called Precision Door Service and was greeted with GREAT customer service. An appointment was available within hours of my call. An email with of the request and who would be coming was sent instantly which included a photo of all the technicians, in case a different tech was able to get to me sooner. A phone call was received when the tech was in route. Adam H was tech, he arrived when he said he would, he was polite, friendly and respectful to me an my property. Adam provided me a 3 options in a written quote and reviewed each one with me. The garage door was repaired in no time. Adam then reviewed the work he had completed, by physically showing me and verbally explaining it to me and reviewed the warranty. Thank you for helping make a bad day better. :)
