Precision Overhead Garage Door did NOT disappoint! I experienced excellent customer service and highly skilled installation of my garage doors! The representative came out to my house the next day after visiting the website to give me an estimate. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of being at my house. She scheduled installation for the following week. Jeff (the installer) gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to getting to my house. He did an excellent job installing my garage doors, was very friendly, and reviewed how to use the openers upon finishing the job. I cannot recommend this company enough! I had been through two other garage door companies that either sent out unprofessional representatives, or never even called me back. Precision will provide excellent service!

Jim was the epitome of customer service. I recieved a 15 minute warning call. He showed up on time. Assessed the issue quickly. Presented us with options with no pressure. Performed the work within the expressed time frame. Demoed the new product. Asked if I had any questions. Processed payment quickly. I'd highly reccomend to anyone looking for quality, timely, and friendly service.

I have used Precision Garage Doors on several occasions now. The technician has always been Matt Eberly. He is always professional and quite knowledgeable on the issue at hand. On a prior visit he advised on changing the springs on the door and I figured it was still working. Well, he was right, because the spring just wore out and I just replaced it. Excellent service always. Great professional, great company.

Needed a garage door rebalanced before putting in a new opener. Called on Saturday and was able to get same day service, in less than two hours. Gary L. was the technician, arrived on time and went over the issue I was having. He offered to do an inspection on the door and went over his findings with me. Once we agreed on work to be done, he had all the parts and completed the work in about an hour. I was very happy with the service!

Arrived home from work to a broken door spring and one car stuck inside! Double door, lifting out of question. Eleven year old system. Called Precision, tech En was out within the hour. Hours earlier than estimated wait, great. Could not have been easier to work with. Knowledgeable, pleasant, listened to what I expected at finish point. Upgraded us to battery backup opener. Was more than satisfied with the service and product offered. Highly recommend.

Matt the tech was good. However I should have checked other companies before having repairs done but was at their Mercy today. Did some research while tech was repairing broken springs and my findings were that Precision charges were outrageous.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Technician Dave. Dave was very professional and understood my concern and urgency to have the garage door repaired. I just purchased a new vehicle two days ago and was very concerned about not being able to close the garage door. Dave took the time to examine the door and provided three estimates for me to choose. I selected the less expensive option because where I reside I rent and all repairs are covered. However, this being a weekend and holiday maintenance could not come out. Dave,knew I was concerned that I was hoping that door would operate safely and not cause any harm to me or my car. Dave, assured me that the repairs he was about to do would be the best and that I should not be afraid to use the garage door. Thank you so much Dave for being understanding and easing my mind.
