Daniel worked on our garage door over the summer (I apologize for my tardiness in submitting this). He called to let me know his arrival time (he was going to be early :) ). After doing a thorough inspection of the door, springs, and rollers, he let me know everything that needed to be done. His attention to detail was amazing. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He replaced the spring and rollers, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I also enjoyed talking to him about the outdoors! This is the third time I've used Precision Door Service and each time I have been extremely pleased with the customer service when I call to set up the appointment, as well as extremely pleased with the technicians. My garage door broke at 2 pm. My car was inside. I called Precision because they advertised 24 hour service. They told me a tech would be out between 4 and 8 p I had to call a friend to help me get my grandson from day care. On the way to the daycare, Precision called and said a tech would be there before 4. When I got home, Scott was in the driveway. He was polite, explained everything, and worked quickly. My garage door was repaired by 4 pm! Great service!
