Precision Door was great!!! Called to get an estimate on Friday and had an appt for the next day. John arrived promptly for the appointment and was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. We decided to buy the garage door and opener on that day. The process was very smooth and once the door was in, scheduling was easy and fast. Had the garage door and opener installed today. Absolutely love my garage door, looks great and the functionality is flawless! And cannot say enough good things about John. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist when it comes to installation! Five stars to John and Precision Door!

One of our neighbors told us to call Precision Doors, and when I looked them up in the yellow pages and saw that they were backed by the BBB and offered same day service, I gave them a call. I called at 7:05 am and Tom, the technician, was at our door by 8:00 am. Tom was very knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done and discussed it with us and there were no hidden fees. We are very pleased with the work that was performed. Thank you Tom.

Precision Door did a great job for us on a Sunday afternoon. John was our technician. He called and showed up earlier than scheduled which was great for us. In less than an hour he had our door tuned up and working better than when it was new. I got off work at 2 pm, then at 3 pm my garage door spring broke and my truck was trapped in the garage ! I had to be back to work at 2 am,Precision said they would be here at 8 pm,and to my surprise they were here at 6 pm. They did a fine job on the garage door spring and I was on my way to work again.
