He was friendly, professional, expedient, not only on time but actually arrived early, and gave great explanation in the service needs at hand! I chose Precision Door Company to look at my garage door that wasn’t broken - yet. The ease of scheduling an appointment with the office was excellent as there were options for the time and day. On a Sunday evening, our garage door wouldn’t open; we pulled the door opener emergency release and then the door would not go down. We needed emergency service, looked on Yelp and called Precision, because they have Sunday service and had great reviews including pictures and names of their service crew. We thought that was a good idea so customers would know who to expect to arrive. We’ve never used Precision before but we will now! The lady that answered our call immediately was very pleasant, and the tech Curt Vanmeter was at our home in about 2 hours, well within the 4 hour window quoted. He identified the issue (broken spring) and less than 2 hours later, it was fixed! He was courteous, friendly, always professional, explained the issue & solution, gave us a quote, worked diligently and had it replaced quickly. He answered our questions, respected our belongings in the garage and throughly cleaned up afterwards. He is the best! Our expectations were definitely met. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Curt Vanmeter!

I called at 1:20pm and Precision was on site at 2:15 or so. Tom Timmons was courteous, informative and did a great job. Both springs replaced and all moving parts lubed prior to him leaving. I would highly recommend Precision.

The garage door opener for my wife's car did not work this AM. I called Precision and Dustin was there my the afternoon. He was the epitome of a professional, helpful, and nice person who put in a new garage door opener. He deserves an A+ for his work and we were fortunate to get him. If most of the technicians for Precision Garage door are like him, this company deserves a gold star as anyone that works with them who appreciates good work will be very pleased

Would choose 0 stars if allowed. Was quoted $1000-$1600 for new springs, rollers, hinges, etc. I was told the springs were so old they had no date and needed replaced. I've since received a second opinion, the date on the springs is 2021, not even 3 years old. They don't need replaced at all. Thanks for trying take advantage of a woman thinking I would just believe what you said. So glad I had to pay a $50 service fee. Thanks for nothing.

I don't usually write reviews since great service is an expectation. However, Jason was exceptional explaining all the issues with the garage door and motor. His communications skills were excellent explaining issues, cost options and post install explanation and setting my car's internal garage door opener. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door for garage door needs.

I was quoted a price per foot for a seal replacement over the phone but when they came out the price was much higher more than double the quoted price.

Had issues when I tried to open the garage door yesterday. First of all let me say that it was nice to actually have a person answer the phone when I called. I was able to schedule service for the next day and Tim was on time and very courteous. My garage door & opener are 25 years old. Tim did a safety inspection of the door and lubricated the moving parts which should get me through the winter. I'll be calling Precision to replace everything in the spring.
