Garage spring broke during the evening. Precision was able to get to me on the schedule the next day and perform the necessary repairs. Also completed an inspection of all components of the garage door and recommend some other items to consider and things to watch going forward. Bonus was Derek was a hoot to work with, quick and professional with the repair.

Great service! We needed a new opener and other equipment as we had issues with our 20 year old unit. From the time I called until the time the job was finished took a total of 4 hours! That may be unusual, but I was very impressed how Precision jumped at the need and finished the job. It was fast but more importantly the job was completed perfectly. Kayne, our technician, did a great job!

Have to give a "hats off" to this company. We were traveling to FL when we got a call from our daughter that the garage door was broken. It was 11:00pm at night and when I called someone actually answered the phone. They were out the next day at noon to fix the broken spring. Great job and great job on true customer service!

In November 2020, Precision came to my home for a service call on my newly-purchased, flipped house. They discovered that the overhead garage door was not installed correctly and completely went through the entire overhead garage to ensure proper functionality and safety. I was very happy with the work then and it is the reason why I call in Aug 2021 since the door was not working as expected. Derek was here within a few hours (on a Sunday!), and after a few adjustments and the door was working perfectly. Derek was professional and explained the issue in detail. I highly recommend this company!

I had Precision replace a broken garage door spring. The service was outstanding, could not have asked for a better experience.
