I want to thank Tim Tomlinson for his service to a broken garage door at my home on Jan. 2, 2025. He arrived at my home within a short time of my call, was very honest and straight forward in his approach, and did a great job. Tim should be commended for his work. Happy New Year.

Andrew called about 15 min before arrival and was so pleasant to meet. He explained what he was going to do before looking to see what the issue was with my door. Fortunately it was nothing major BUT explained what the issue was and what to do if it could occur again (weather related) as well as suggested maintenance tips to keep my door/opener running smoothly. With plans to replace the door in the spring/summer I will definitely call Precision Door bc the ease in booking my appointment, timely response and customer service was excellent!

The scheduler was helpful giving several options for times of repair. Patrick "Conner" Mulligan was our repair person. He called ahead and was prompt. He explained what needed to be repaired and why. He carefully repaired the garage door; it was much quieter than before. I would recommend both Patrick and Precision for garage door repair. One minor detail: he forgot the paper coupon for a Free Service Call, but he did include the discount in the final charges.

Amazingly came out on New Years Day when my garage door malfunctioned. Ended up having to replace most of the old, rusted parts which was costly, but was told that I didn't need a new garage door which did save me money. To the person's credit, he did fix the problem with the door bottom which had worn away over time. Appreciated the quick service. The gentleman who came to fix the garage was pleasant, informative and quick in fixing the problem Not cheap, but he did replace a lot ...so Im sure it was appropriate

I am so thankful for the extremely quick service - I called this morning at about 10:30 & my garage door is already repaired - especially today being a holiday- New Years Day. The repair man that came today, Tom, was awesome: very knowledgeable, kind & understanding!! Just can’t say enough good things about Tom - especially having to work on such a cold day!! We had a spring break on our garage door. I immediately got on their website and made a same day appointment. The technician who came was Mohammed, "Mo" and he couldn't have been nicer. He was extremely professional, friendly and resolved our issue within a short time frame. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who asks. You honestly could not get any better than them. We are very, very satisfied.

James was very nice and courteous. At first he was confused like I was when we opened the door. Doesnt act right when its cold..Makes a lot of noise. Tends to open normally afterwards. Will have to keep an eye on it if breaks. Will call back. At least I know what to look for if it does. I appreciate him checking it out.

Called when on his way, got here when he said he would. Went right to work, identified the problem and solved it short order. Mr Islam is a very personable individual, really knows his job and is a credit to Precision. FIve stars aren't really enough.

great experience. Spring broke at 11:30 AM and had a service guy at the house at the 3:30. The service tech Tom was very professional with me. Inspected the whole door and explained what exactly what needed done to make the repair. When he was done he showed me everything he replaced and everything he lubed . The door is running very smooth now. My wife even noticed how nice it opened
