The installer was very pleasant to deal with and provided me with good information regarding the installation and garage door maintenance. He seemed to be very skilled with his work. I was not happy with the estimate process, however. I was given a phone estimate of $100-$360 to replace the springs. When the service technician calculated a price it was much, much higher than the $360 maximum. I feel the estimate was purposely deceiving. I don’t believe this is the way for your company to build a good reputation.

Great service from beginning to end. The phone rep was courteous and seemed concerned about my issue. The service tech called to ask if it was OK to arrive sooner than scheduled, which was great. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient answering all my questions and fixed the problem completely and timely. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use the company again if I have an issue.

I will only use Precision. I have an older 18' garage door that has needed some general maintenence and a couple of small repairs. The technicians are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure you for product and services. Their customer service is top notch. Jules asked me the appropriate questions, listened to what I needed and got me scheduled for the same day. Great company.

Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I'd need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and they have never disappointed!

Our garage door was not closing correctly so we called Precision Door to address. Mohammad came out to look over the issues. He was very polite and explained all the issues with the mechanical systems and how replacing the parts would make the door operate smoothly. Once the work was completed the door slides easily and is very quiet while operating.

I liked the fact that the company has weekend appointments without an extra fee. My tech, who went by Mo, was very courteous and helpful. He seemed like he enjoyed his job. I called late Thursday and was able to book a repair or replace on this Saturday. The repair man walked me thru the problems and we decided to install a new opener. He worked on the door and took less that 4 hours to complete all the work. He explained all the new options and how everything works. He was very polite, nice and detailed in his explanations. I would recommend your business to others.
