As it turned out, my 26 year garage door opener only had a hiccup and the technician was able to do a reset and had it operating in minutes. There was no charge for this, how nice! I had him give me estimates for new equipment and I will have Precision install it when my old opener fails again. This is a fine company.

Technician came out when they said they would. They fully explained the issue and the cost to repair. All the parts needed were on the truck so no waiting. Technician did an outstanding job installing a new opener and keypads. The entire process was completed in less than 2 hours. Fantastic job!

Our garage door springs broke at lunchtime and Precision was able to get someone out by 4:30 pm on the same day. Joe did a tremendous job in replacing our springs/bearings for our garage door. He did a great job of explaining everything and completed the job quickly. Joe was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The service tech was kind and friendly and very helpful and took time to explain everything clearly. Even though he offered “a $50 off coupon” the price for what took about 10 minutes to complete was still too high. It was just a matter of getting my garage door opener system reset and working (included reprogrammed the outside keypad). For just that I was charged approximately $160.00. That to me is unusually high for 10 minutes. Also I did not receive a paid receipt in my email which I expected to receive. I would still like to have a paid receipt.

Joe did an honest and outstanding job for us. Knowledgeable and skilled as well as polite. He assessed the overhead door, which was completely off kilter and missing rollers and partly off the rails. He explained how the malfunction happened and advised he could fix it, now. Assured us that the major parts were still good... door, rails, springs, and tensioners. In short time he had the door working perfectly. Very fair pricing. Excellent customer service. We would recommend him. We have been in our house for 34 years and do have our go-to garage door company. They were closed, on vacation. Found Precision online and we are glad we called them. Excellent work.
