Cameron came on Saturday during the weekend due to our garage door cannot close. He is the best technician, and very professional and skillful in fixing our garage door. He also identified a potential belt issue with the other garage door. When replacing multi products from springs, motor, belts even screws, he clearly explained why the problems occurred provided solutions. He worked constantly to complete the replacement for both doors. Cameron has a very nice personality and a strong sense of responsibility. We are very happy to have had him work on our home. Thanks!

Precision arrived at my home within 2 hours of my initial call. The tech (Trevor Derifield) was able to diagnose the the issue with my opener, gave me my options, and replaced my 24 year opener in about 2 hours. He also inspected the door and tightened and lubricated the hardware. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very engaging. I could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in the service he was providing. When it comes time to replace the door, I will call Precision and ask for Trevor.

I had Tom Palmer come out to see why my door occasionally would not go down when the opener was activated. He fairly quickly determined the problem, explained it to me, showed me pictures of where the opener was damaged and wrote me an estimate of what the repairs would cost. Once I agreed, he then said he could do it right then. In two hours I had a nice new opener, touchpad and remotes, along with new springs and a wooden brace base. Scheduled my appointment late the night before online without any issue. Tim came out at the beginning of my appointment window and did a thorough evaluation of the issue and presented the different options that could help solve my issue. I chose to replace the opener, spring, and pulleys. He did a great job installing the new equipment quite quickly and I’m super impressed with the work. The 7 year warranty is a nice cherry on top.
