Matt Eberly came to my house within 2 hours after I called in my problem to Precision Garage Doors on Saturday. Matt was very professional and had everything with him to fix my door issues. the entire repair took less than 1 1/2 hours. Hello Precision: Our service technician was Matt -- he did an absolutely GREAT job. Our repair job was somewhat involved, and Matt took the time and effort to explain it in full detail to include 1. the problem itself ( there were actually several problems ) 2. options the customer had to fix. 3. repair costs. 4. Follow up information, i.e., contact numbers, warranties, etc. The bottom line -- Matt is certainly a keeper and THANK YOU. RICK HIGGINS

We had a great experience with Precision Door. From the first call to our Saturday service appointment, they were polite & professional. I got a call about 10 minutes before our Technician was at our door. He arrived in a company-marked vehicle which was great. Our service tech, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations by ensuring we had a complete understanding of the work that needed to be done before he started the repairs. He took pictures to show us exactly where the problems were occurring and, could likely happen in the future. Overall, I am so pleased that I called Precision Door!

Our garage door was fully replaced a few years ago and began to break down prematurely. The springs and bearing all wore out fast. The door was becoming loud and finally gave out. Matt E. Came and quickly identified the issues and completely the repairs quickly. The door functions again and is very quiet now. Very satisfied with the service.

We had several issues going on with our garage door. Precision was able to get our problems resolved the same day that we called. Matt Eberly was their tech that came to our home and he provided us with explanations we could easily understand on what the various problems were and options we had to correct. Matt was professional and committed to doing a good job for us. He was even able to use our previous Genie remotes and set them up to also work with the new unit which helps our family with 3 drivers so everyone has access to open both garage doors. We had a good experience with Precision and will call them again if another issue comes up with our garage doors.
