I have a issue with my garage door not closing tight on the left and right sides of the door. When the wind blew the door would move back and forth allowing air into the garage. This was a problem because I heat my garage at times. Mike came out and changed the L- brackets on the two sides to adjustable L-brackets. After he finished, the garage door then closed up 100% better ! Now when then wind is blowing against the door, air is NOT coming in. ( the old brackets had rivets in them, that had to be drilled out before installing the new brackets !! ) Mike done a GREAT JOB, thank you !!!

Great experience and wonderful technician. Mike was very thorough and offered me multiple options to fit my needs. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a certain model. I shared my budget, and he found the best solution for me. Knowledgeable, kind and fast! He had the new opener up and finished in a little over an hour. Should I need service again, I’d definitely have Mike back for future work.

I was scheduled the same day I called. I had a problem with a door opener Precision had installed last summer. The technician arrived on time and fixed the sensor that had been slightly bent. He also checked and oiled the chain. I needed an extra opener which he had on his truck. He was polite and professional, and finished up quickly. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone.

The cost of an opener is less than 500 but you charged me 1800 for the opener and installation. That is a rip off at every level and in hindsight I should have bought one on line and paid someone to install and could have saved a ton of money. My fault for not doing my homework but I really thought prices had gone up that much. Turns out you just overcharged and I hope you lose lots of business from this dishonest practice.

Mike McClellan was great. He gave me multiple options for a long term more expensive fix to my problem or a less expensive shorter term solution. I really appreciate that. He did not try to "upsell" which is a pet peeve of mine which many companies do and one that will not make me a repeat customer. I recently had a plumbing company come out unclog a toilet and they tried to sell me brand new toilets rather than fix the issue. I will never use them again. With that said great same day service. The person I spoke to on the phone was great as well. I will use you in the future for any garage door repairs and will promote you to my friends. I wrote a nice Google review as well which I rarely do.
