Had another estimate today and it was outrageous to the point that I had to send them away doing nothing. I immediately called precision (who I wanted to call in the first place but to be honest, figured they were super expensive with all these amazing reviews etc). The lady on the phone was super helpful. However, can I just talk about Dustin? My garage door man? This man is an angel sent from the heavens. He not only fixed the springs for us but he did it at half the amount I almost payed somewhere else. Dustin is a super hard worker and also a super kind personality when dealing with people. He treats you with kindness and respect when talking pricing and did not try to over sell or talk us into anything. We enjoyed talking with him like he was a friend over for dinner. We truly are so appreciative to him for his great job and will be calling him in the future! That is a promise. Well done, Precision Doors! Well done!

It was a Holiday weekend so I was not able to call additional companies for a quote. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They constantly try to upsell you and charge so much more than average. I just talked to my next door neighbor and he paid almost half.

The tech, Gary, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He arrived just before the stated appointment time started after calling to say that he was on his way. He gave me options for the repair without doing a hard sell. The work was completed in good time, quicker than I anticipated. No mess was left behind. Would I use this company again? Yes, in a heartbeat! This is the type of employee than companies need to represent them.

This company is fantastic. After 19 years we needed new garage door openers. My husband called after lunch and Adam was here at 5:00pm. He installed 2 new openers, rollers and a keypad in 2 and a half hours He adjusted our garage doors, now they go all the way down. He even programmed our cars. I felt bad keeping Adam in the evening but he did an excellent job. Loved the service and would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased that I called early in the morning and was able to speak with someone as opposed to an answering machine. They were able to get a technician out in a couple of hours to fix my garage door. Walker came and was very professional. He explained what the problem was. He gave me several options. I chose Precision Garage Door because their ad said they were available on a. Clea Sunday. My service was Monday but that was fine. He arrived at 10 and located the problem right away. It was fixed and out within the hour. He even oiled our door. Cleaned up and took the trash. Thankful for this great service. I will use them again if needed, but I hope not. Maybe I should just recommend them to neighbors and friends.

A torsion spring broke on our garage door and the pricing to replace it was comparable to buying springs and doing it myself. That value was enough to tip me towards paying for service (which I've yet to do as an adult - I'm 35). The experience was outstanding. A gentleman (Dustin) roughly my age came by and gave me an exact quote that was reasonable. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing, he was amicable and friendly, and he did the work on the spot and quickly. What pushed me towards this specific company was their years of experience, and where the other vendors looked to have less than ten, they tote over twenty. Should someone ask for a recommendation for a garage door or repair, I wouldn't shy away from recommending them (and Dustin in particular - my experience with him in whole was outstanding). I appreciate good business, and this was good business.
