Talk about peace of mind - Kurt from Precision Garage Door just left after completing work on our garage door. It had a very loud screech every time it opened and closed. Pretty sure our neighbors one block over knew when we left the house and when we returned. Indeed it was a form of noise pollution. LOL. Our door will no longer wake them up in the morning or interrupt their TV viewing. (apologies) Seriously though. We are so happy with the repair that was done by Kurt. He performed the work in a quiet and timely fashion, and was meticulous about clean up. He provided an estimate in advance, explained the repair in detail, and found the solution to best work within our budget. Should have called Precision sooner. The stress a garage door can cause is crazy. It was a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and would give them a 10 star rating if possible. Joshua arrived promptly and provided excellent customer service. I already had purchased a garage door opener and after first inspecting what came with the opener, he mentioned a one piece rail would be less noisy which was one of my issues with my previous one. While stating my options he made sure I understood the differences and we selected the one right for me. Thanfully while Joshua was adding that option on, he realized it wasn't going to work with the opener I had. So he quickly notified me and we changed course. We had excellent communication and Joshua worked quickly and efficiently to complete the install. I would highly recommend Precision and Joshua for all your garage door and opener needs.

We had been having issues with the wall panel of our door opener. We called yesterday and we were able to get someone out today. My 16 foot door was a disaster and needed a tune up and a lot of work. I am not going to lie. The cost was insane. It would have actually been cheaper to buy a new door and install. But I didn't have time for that. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that this company delivers. They show up when you need them to. They are available all of the time. And they provide great customer service. The best part of the experience was my tech Tim T. Tim is a great guy. I spent the whole 2 days talking to Tim about his family, sports, and career. The world would be a better place with more people like Tim.

Had another estimate today and it was outrageous to the point that I had to send them away doing nothing. I immediately called precision (who I wanted to call in the first place but to be honest, figured they were super expensive with all these amazing reviews etc). The lady on the phone was super helpful. However, can I just talk about Dustin? My garage door man? This man is an angel sent from the heavens. He not only fixed the springs for us but he did it at half the amount I almost payed somewhere else. Dustin is a super hard worker and also a super kind personality when dealing with people. He treats you with kindness and respect when talking pricing and did not try to over sell or talk us into anything. We enjoyed talking with him like he was a friend over for dinner. We truly are so appreciative to him for his great job and will be calling him in the future! That is a promise. Well done, Precision Doors! Well done!

It was a Holiday weekend so I was not able to call additional companies for a quote. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They constantly try to upsell you and charge so much more than average. I just talked to my next door neighbor and he paid almost half.

This company is fantastic. After 19 years we needed new garage door openers. My husband called after lunch and Adam was here at 5:00pm. He installed 2 new openers, rollers and a keypad in 2 and a half hours He adjusted our garage doors, now they go all the way down. He even programmed our cars. I felt bad keeping Adam in the evening but he did an excellent job. Loved the service and would highly recommend them.
