The service from start to finish was excellent. Customer service was beyond my expectations, which is extremely important. Garage door caught back bumper of my car this morning!! Ugh!! Called Precision Garage Door talked to Olivia who set me up with a repair person. Tim was out within 2 hours because of damage to door we have to replace. Tim was able to get door to close for today, they will be out in morning to replace door and its hardware. Not happy with myself but I am very happy with the service provided by Precision Garage Door today. Thank you very much, Rush and Debby Fielding

Alex did a great job of getting my door back on track. A few panels got bent when it jumped the track. Discussed my options with Alex and decided to order a new door and opener. Overall I'm very impressed!

I chose Precision after seeing their advertisement on TV and reviewing their reviews. The technician arrived on time, was respectful and knowledgeable about his craft. He cleaned up the area after completing the work. I am very satisfied with my garage door repair which is working like a new door. My experience with Precision, from making the appointment, on their chat line, about 12:00 a.m., to the technician was great. Everyone was professional. I would use Precision again and also recommend to others.

When closing my metal garage door, a panel buckled on one side and two panel wheels came off the track. I thought it was ruined. I called Precision Door in an emergency situation and Tom was dispatched within 2 hours. Tom's first opinion was the door should be replaced. His methodical approach to get the door back on track was fantastic. He made adjustments, the buckled section actually righted itself, he inspected all sections for safety and operation and all was accomplished in 1 hour! You folks are fantastic! You are truly a five-star company.

Very pleased with the prompt service we received. Our garage door spring broke and Tim, the service guy, was to be here between noon and 2:00 p.m. the same day I called. He arrived at noon, saw the problem and fortunately for us, we had had a complete door overhaul done about 10 1/2 year ago, so the door still was covered under the warranty. Therefore, it cost me only a service call. He was finished and gone all within 30 minutes or less. Would definitely recommend this company highly.

Gregg arrived when scheduled and determined it was the sensors that needed aligned, untwisted some wires and reprogrammed the unit in less than a half hour. Also gave me recommendations on what to buy when the unit needed replacing.

The technician was on time and courteous. He inspected the door, found the problem, and presented me with repair options. He told me which one he thought would be best and why, but there was never any pressure and none of the options presented included replacing any working part or doing more than was needed. He then did the necessary repair as well as a couple of minor adjustments to make the door work more smoothly. He did quality work, and the door now works great. I would definitely use Precision again in the future and will recommend them to any friend or neighbor who has a problem with their garage door.

Tom was great. In a matter of moments he new the issue and how to fix it. He also had the necessary items to complete the job in about and hour. The additional service of lubing and adjusting the door was above and beyond what I thought would be completed. I never heard him open my garage door when he was done. There is no question, I will call Precision Door for future service.
