I was very pleased that I called early in the morning and was able to speak with someone as opposed to an answering machine. They were able to get a technician out in a couple of hours to fix my garage door. Walker came and was very professional. He explained what the problem was. He gave me several options. After a bad experience with a 'company' recommended by a friend, I decided to do some research and find someone to service our garage door that appeared to have solid recommendations on their web site, as well as other locations/social media. Precision came out on top. Your technician was professional, helpful, and went out of his way to thoroughly check our door and openers to make sure they are all functioning correctly. He even left me a can of lubricant spray and showed me where it needs to be used in the future. I chose Precision Garage Door because their ad said they were available on a. Clea Sunday. My service was Monday but that was fine. He arrived at 10 and located the problem right away. It was fixed and out within the hour. He even oiled our door. Cleaned up and took the trash. Thankful for this great service. I will use them again if needed, but I hope not. Maybe I should just recommend them to neighbors and friends.

A torsion spring broke on our garage door and the pricing to replace it was comparable to buying springs and doing it myself. That value was enough to tip me towards paying for service (which I've yet to do as an adult - I'm 35). The experience was outstanding. A gentleman (Dustin) roughly my age came by and gave me an exact quote that was reasonable. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing, he was amicable and friendly, and he did the work on the spot and quickly. What pushed me towards this specific company was their years of experience, and where the other vendors looked to have less than ten, they tote over twenty. Should someone ask for a recommendation for a garage door or repair, I wouldn't shy away from recommending them (and Dustin in particular - my experience with him in whole was outstanding). I appreciate good business, and this was good business.

Service technician did not have the parts for a specified project. Told me it would be rescheduled for the next day. They never added me to the schedule so obviously my business is not important to them.

Daniel worked on our garage door over the summer (I apologize for my tardiness in submitting this). He called to let me know his arrival time (he was going to be early :) ). After doing a thorough inspection of the door, springs, and rollers, he let me know everything that needed to be done. His attention to detail was amazing. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He replaced the spring and rollers, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I also enjoyed talking to him about the outdoors! This is the third time I've used Precision Door Service and each time I have been extremely pleased with the customer service when I call to set up the appointment, as well as extremely pleased with the technicians. I thought the light on our opener was staying on. The tech didn’t know anything about it. He said since it was a Craftsman he couldn’t do anything and I would have to utube it. Your techs came out before and did minor corrections on the system. I was not happy.

Gary was amazing! We've been in our new build for 3 years and of course the builders used the cheapest materials possible. He walked us through what failed and what to replace now so we don't run into more expensive problems in the future. He fixed our spring in under 45 minutes. I was also amazed that I called this morning to book an appointment and Gary was at my house by 2:30. We will be recommending you guys to all of our neighbors going forward!

I was totally impressed and pleased at the service we received from Precision Doors. It was nothing like I expected. The day before, we were having problems with our garage door not going all the way down. It finally did, but today the same issue and I wasn't willing to take the chance of the door not going down at all and having to leave our cars out in the open at night. I did a search for garage door repairs and Precision Doors was the first that popped up. Normally, I check a few places when I'm looking for something, but what stuck out for me wasn't just the 5 stars. What caught my attention was the the section with the technician's bios as well as their pictures. That was a plus. The second thing that caught my attention was that there were very, very few low ratings and where the ratings were low, the owner addressed them and made them right. I did the online chat to ask questions. The person on the other end said that someone could come out today and gave me a 4 hour window. About 10 minutes after we ended the chat, a technician called to say that he was on his way! Wow!!! Payton arrived at the time he said he would. Very friendly, pleasant and personable young man who knew what he as doing. Walked around the garage, surveyed the situation, explained exactly what was going on and within 5 minutes, the problem was resolved. After he finished with the issue we called about, he pointed out the rollers on the garage door. It was something we never noticed before. One of the rollers was bent and the rest were rusted. We asked if we could make an appointment to have them replaced. "I can take care of that now." was his answer. Amazing!!! Within about 15 minutes, he had replaced all of he rollers. We're hoping not to have anymore issues with our garage, but if we do, we will not hesitate to contact Precision Doors and ask for Payton again. Thank you Precision Doors and thank you Payton!!!
