I hear your advertisement every morning while watching ABC 6 news. “Precision door service you can trust.” And that is true. David, the technician, he’s a one man working machine. Courteous, well mannered and definitely knows his job. He completed the repair work in just about an hour. I’m glad I called your company to have our garage door repaired. Your technician, Adam, was prompt for my appointment today. He had assisted me previously with a substantial garage door repair in 2023. My issue today involved a bolt dislodging from the arm of my opener, disconnecting from my garage door. He inspected the issue and was able to replace the bolt and the pin quickly, reattaching the opener to the door. He was at my home approximately 10-15 minutes, and did not charge me for the visit today. I appreciate this gesture so much and will continue to ask for your assistance, if needed in the future. Kindness….

Excellent scheduling and repair technician. I never expected the repair to be done same day, but it got put on technician and he was there in the allotted time frame given. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected and lubed my current overhead door, and it works better than before. The new bottom sweep is very nice. I would use Precision in a minute and not try anyone else.

I was a loyal customer of another company for years. Less than three months ago they came out and did a full tuneup. Less than three months later my garage door fails. My spring broke which was a brand new spring. I called the other company who no longer offers after hours or weekends. I looked at the number of highly positive reviews and experiences described about precision garage door. I called them on a Saturday morning (of course things like this happen on Saturday mornings) and I was greeted by a very cordial and knowledgeable phone manager who because of the extreme cold said that they may not be able to get to me today but would get to me first thing Sunday morning. Bright and early Patrick was there. He took a good look and gave me a list of what had been wrong with the garage door including parts that could easily have been replaced that were over 40 years old. I had a staggered list of repairs that I could make now or could make overtime and then an estimate for the parts that could be replaced today to make the repair complete. I really appreciated Patrick giving me choices and breaking it down for me and explaining what was needed immediately and separating that from what could be done later. We went ahead and replaced the bearings, the rollers (both were over 40 years old) and replace the spring with double springs. I now have the peace of mind that this door should operate beautifully for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this company. Patrick was outstanding. The quality of his work was excellent. We went over after he finished and he explained to me what was done and taught me how to maintain the garage door. I will probably have him out once every year or two to just preempt the winter. I would highly recommend this company.

Our installer, Adam, was pretty amazing. Very polite and professional. He showed up on time and had everything needed to do the job. Due to the age of our broken opener, we had to replace with a new one, Adam went through all our options and features of a replacement and worked with our budget. Highly impressed. We see your commercials frequently on television and as soon as our opener stopped working we knew who to call. Highly recommend

So...woke up this morning after thinking all night about my garage door not functioning. Saw an ad on the morning news. Called and talked to Bianca, got scheduled for the afternoon. Tim Tomlinson called and asked to start early...discussed the opener, had one on the truck. Perfect install, changed out rollers and top brackets. It now operates quietly, opens smoothly as it should. I couldn't be more pleased, and it was all installed within several hours. Unbelievable service, Tim was very professional, and I got to use a coupon as well. Money well spent. Very satisfied customer. Thanks!

Joe did an honest and outstanding job for us. Knowledgeable and skilled as well as polite. He assessed the overhead door, which was completely off kilter and missing rollers and partly off the rails. He explained how the malfunction happened and advised he could fix it, now. Assured us that the major parts were still good... door, rails, springs, and tensioners. In short time he had the door working perfectly. Very fair pricing. Excellent customer service. We would recommend him. We have been in our house for 34 years and do have our go-to garage door company. They were closed, on vacation. Found Precision online and we are glad we called them. Excellent work.
