I reached out online to schedule an appointment on a Saturday, no less! I was able to schedule same day between 12-4 pm. Dillon called me and was here at 2 pm. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door and fixed it in a short time. The door works great and the price was reasonable as well!

Your technician was respectful and polite. Your pricing is exorbitant, you advertise no service fee but charge a $20 fleet transportation fee that is not disclosed upfront. I asked for the most valued opener, was presented with 2128H, manufacturers warranty of 10 years you offered a 1 year warranty, wi-fi capable apparently, this was not offered to me and instead charged $69.99 for a 2nd remote. Surge protector price was $19.99. My charge was over $800! I feel taken advantage of!

I called at around 3PM the repairman arrived around 5 something and was out before 7. Door works perfectly, and I forgot how quite a good working garage door is. My repairman was B Bryant very pleasant and professional did a great job. This is a easy 5 star to give. Thanks Precision

We have used Precision Garage Door several times. Each time they have come out on the same day we requested the service and quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. We have been very satisfied with the service and prices. Today we called them because our garage door was coming down but it would immediately go back up after hitting the ground. Precision Garage Door was here within a few hours of calling. They quickly corrected the problem. We were very pleased when they did not charge us for the visit because they said that the opener was still under warranty. They had installed this opener a few short years ago.

Your representative that came to the house worked on our garage door for over four hours in the bitter cold and was not able to repair the door. It’s a new door that was installed incorrectly. The opening is square plum and level, but the door does not close properly, and there are gaps around the perimeter of the door. I gave your company two stars because I appreciated the effort of your technician, but I still have the problem with the door. I will contact your company again in the near future and hopefully you will send a seasoned representative that can correct the problem. Please be aware that I do not blame your representative. The door is new, but I believe the weather and the poor installation of the original door played a big role in the technician not able to repair it.

We have used only Precision Garage Door for all our garage door repairs. We've used them for at least 3-4 times in the last few years. Their technicians are the very best. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They have always fixed our problems and they certainly know what they are doing. I feel their pricing is very fair and well worth it. They come almost immediately to fix our problems. We will use no one else but them. We have used them for spring replacement and also many repairs concerning the garage door and opener.

I I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Tony appeared irritated whenever I asked questions, which made the experience uncomfortable. He attempted to sell additional items that I did not need and stated that your company provides higher-quality products. However, the product he used was not the higher quality he described. Although he said he was not charging me for the product itself, I was charged $200 for labor for what appeared to be approximately ten minutes of work to install a small bracket. I believe this charge was unreasonable given the scope of the work. Due to this experience, I will not recommend your service to my friends or family.

We have a Precision’s Door instal our unit a few years age. Today I called in very cold weather when I could get my door to stay shut with the remote. I appreciated the quick response and the friendly service tech. He adjusted my door in a few minutes and left with no charge. I would recommend Precision Door if you need a new system. They are response to your needs.

We were able to easily book online and got an immediate response with a window of 2 to 6 p.m. To my surprise, Brad arrived before 2. He was very courteous and thorough. I cannot speak to the pricing because we needed the job done right away so there was no time for other estimates. He did detail every cost, though, so we knew what we were paying for. The total bill was the same as the estimate and we were happy to get a seven year warranty. He finished the job in about an hour and the door now works seamlessly and without noise.

Same day online appointment that was able to come and fix the problems. Compassionate company that stayed late on a Friday night and repaired the keypad and replaced all the hardware supporting the door top to bottom. I highly recommend using this company!
