We used Precision Garage Door when we had our new openers installed several years ago. Over time our keypads stopped working and not being good at home maintenance we just didn't get around to taking care of it. We did try switching out the battery and when that didn't work we just used our remote openers. However, I finally called Precision to come out and take care of it. First our appointment was scheduled quickly; the technician arrived on time, communication was excellent and the best part - there was no charge for the service!! Excellent customer service - highly recommend! Thank you

I had an excellent experience with Walker Furpahs, the technician who repaired my garage door when the torsion bar system failed. He clearly explained that installing double springs would be a more suitable option given the size and weight of my door. Throughout the process, Walker meticulously described each step and his reasoning behind it. His attention to detail was evident as he carefully inspected all aspects of the repair. Despite it being 6:00 p.m. and his final appointment for the day, Walker ensured the project was completed to a high standard. Additionally, he fabricated a custom bracket from angle iron due to the absence of a stud, demonstrating resourcefulness where only half-inch wood over drywall was available for spring support. Rather than opting for a less secure solution, which could have resulted in future failure, he prioritized safety and durability. I highly recommend Walker Furpahs for any garage door service needs.

Useless. Tech tried to sell us a new opener, which he wouldn't have for "at least 2 weeks" and did zero troubleshooting. Maintenance department found a loose sensor wire in panel and got door up and going again.

Thank you for sending Pat Mulligan to perform a preventative maintenance on our garage door. He was timely and knew what he was talking about. The only problem determined was that the door was sticking upon opening. He suggested what cleaning method to be done to get rid of the problem. He then reviewed how to determine when maintenance was needed and gave me his card. As promised on the phone, if no work was needed then the call was free. Just want to say that the service tech, Trevor, was outstanding in terms of understanding the issue I had and worked hard to resolve the problem. The door issue I had was unique and specific to the door bottom weather seal and how it contacted a very uneven cement garage floor. I'm satisfied with the outcome of Trevor's work.
