The spring on my Garage Door broke around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, I was able to schedule an appointment online with a technician arrival between 6 and 10 that evening. Cameron showed up by 7 PM and worked his tail off to replace the spring as quickly as possible. He was very thorough and explained everything he fixed. Price was comparable to other companies. I will definitely be using Pecision Garage Door in the future.

Customer provided opener installed by Matt Eberly. I specifically requested Matt as my installer as he'd previously given me suggestions as how I might address a unique issue with my opener. Matt was right on time and installed my new opener in an hour. He remained while I completed my follow-up connections to assure all was in proper working order. I'd give Matt an A++ and a 10 rating. Future Precision customers would be lucky to have Matt on their project.

Called for a broken torsion spring. The technician showed up same day, replaced spring and a few other rusted parts then lubed everything and adjusted the door operator. We are happy with work and the pricing was within researched averages for our area. I would recommend.

I have ask for a copy of the bill three times not by email but a written copy. Never received. My door is making a sound similar to why I replaced them. I called about a week after to have the one fixed. They sent Tim out who put it in and he said it was fine. It is not fine for what it cost to replace it should not make the sound. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Excellent customer service and communication!! We actually had another company slated to come over yesterday for garage repairs…. Unfortunately, that company never came as they decided to take it upon themselves to change the service time without asking us or telling us. Ultimately we told them to not bother in coming over as we were already dissatisfied with their lackluster service… I then found this company on a quick Google search with 5 stars. Kortney (our technician) came the next day, told us exactly what was wrong, quoted a fair price of a new unit (we ultimately wanted a new one anyways), and actually installed the new unit the same day!! He is very efficient and extremely professional. Explained everything to us and programmed everything prior to leaving. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!

Precision Garage Door Service took advantage of my ailing elderly mother on a fixed income. My husband inspected the hardware just days before the service call to Precision. They turned what should have been a simple repair into a complete system overhaul. No written diagnostic or justification was provided to my mother for replacing perfectly fine structural parts like the steel torsion shaft and drums. There was no written description given to my mother, nor a written receipt. The electronic receipt only mentions names of parts, at highly inflated prices. The receipt should separate the physical cost of the parts from the labor hours billed as charging $51.98 per roller or $294.53 for a pair of cables is completely detached from reality. We wanted to talk to someone at Precision to discover more information about what was done. We called, and when we finally got through to a human being, we asked to speak to the general manager. No one ever contacted my mother to get permission to speak to us about this matter, as was promised at that time. And since then, we have not heard back from anyone at Precision, either. We are contemplating filing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and the BBB because this crossed the line from an expensive repair into elder financial exploitation.

Chris installed a new opener a couple years ago so we called him recently to fix a broken spring. Chris was here the next day. Gave us a solid recommendation on the appropriate spring for our door and the installation was quick. He checked everything on the door to make sure it was working well. Price was reasonable and Chris always does great work. Never feels like we’re being pressured or sold something we don’t need.

My garage door spring broke and the company that previously installed it had gone out of business so I called Precision and they sent someone out the next day who not only gave an estimate, he was able to get the job done on the spot calling into the warehouse for the extra parts he needed. The technician Kevin was very knowledgeable, talked me through the entire process and was patient as we weighed our options re the fix. The seven years warranty and their ability to do it immediately was what sold me on them vs another company. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff of Precision did a wonderful job! They were at my place within 16 hours of my contacting them to assess damage and give an estimate. 24 hrs later my door was repaired and I could relax. That’s their staff, their AI sucks! It got my name wrong (though I spelled it). It got my address wrong (spelled that too). And screwed up my email. Had it not been for a real person from there reaching out, I could have still been without an operating garage door. The 5 star here is for staff — their AI gets a -10 stars.

He was very personable, and his knowledge was off the charts. He analyzed the situation and discovered we need a door opener replacement. We were given two options to choose from and we picked one, and it’s done. The opener is high quality and technology savvy. Before leaving, Braxton made sure everything was setup and explained functionality. We made a great choice and I’m glad that Braxton made sure we were back to normal.
