I called to make an appointment. Precision employee was able to come out the next day. He reviewed the spring that was broke and found other problems. He gave an estimate and after approved, he fixed all the problems the same day. Thank you for timely, friendly, service and fixing my gauge door.

Great service! James did an amazing job. I was stupid enough to have my door installed by Lowe’s, who hire subcontractors. And they did not know what they were doing. James figured out everything that was wrong and fixed the door really quick. Really happy with the service.

He had the replacement springs on hand so he didn't need to leave the site. He estimated the repair would take about an hour but he completed it in half that time. Thank you for a job well done!

I received cheaper quotes, for the opener replacements, but the speed and quality of the replacement and warranties offered were well worth the costs. I would never call another Garage door service company. I will only call Precision Garage Door Company. They are the best ever! They are always prompt in getting someone out to get your door fixed. The technician who serviced our home was polite, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He noticed a separate problem we had not asked him to solve, he explained it to us and the cost of repair, and the necessity of the repair and stayed until it was corrected.
