A AI search told me you were the top rated company in our area. Pros: The service tech that came out and ended up doing the work was topnotch. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The product seems to be very good quality and the five year warranty is good. The tech was glad to patiently answer every question I came up with. Cons: I had the spring system and the opener system replaced. I’m confident that was appropriate. However, your prices are at the top of the scale for our area. I had done my research and knew that about the pricing before I approved the job. The great performance of the tech prompted me to approve the job even though I knew the price was at the high end of the scale.

I will always be a Precision Garage Door customer. I had a problem with my garage door jumping off track in 2025. I called and the Tech showed up in 25 minutes. The tracking issue was resolved in 20 minutes. I had a garage door that would not open last night, this morning and early afternoon. A big snow storm is a day away. Tom came out and resolved the issue in about 25 minutes. We were very appreciative and thankful!!!

I had a spring break a few days before New Years. I called Precision on my in-laws recommendation. Within 2 hours the tech, Tom, was at my door. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My door was over 20 years old, so I asked him to just inspect the whole thing. He told me the things that needed done, other things he recommended and things that were still good. Tom came by to fix my garage door. It would open but not close all of the way. I scheduled an appointment online and they were here in 2 hours. Tom noticed that my sensor was bent. I was so very impressed with every aspect of your service. I made an appointment for the very next day after I called at the exact time that I wanted. I was called a half an hour ahead of time to let me know that the service person was on his way. When he arrived at my house, he gave me a very thorough explanation of what was needed and what was going to be done. Useless. Tech tried to sell us a new opener, which he wouldn't have for "at least 2 weeks" and did zero troubleshooting. Maintenance department found a loose sensor wire in panel and got door up and going again.
