I was given an appointment for the following day and your technician, Tom, arrived on time. He was very courteous and helpful in diagnosing the problem and was able to install a new device the same day. He was very professional and likeable. He took time to answer questions from my neighbor who was experiencing the same problems and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to my neighbors.

Useless. Tech tried to sell us a new opener, which he wouldn't have for "at least 2 weeks" and did zero troubleshooting. Maintenance department found a loose sensor wire in panel and got door up and going again.

Knew reputation and past performance; however, Precision's mark-up on Genie Opener was highly excessive for the garage door opener market. The labor charge was reasonable for this area, but product cost made this an expensive deal. More economical to purchase opener online or at big box store and pay for installation. Also, not receiving an immediate copy of the invoice was unacceptable.

I was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, who was very courteous and professional, took one look at my garage door/opener and immediately saw the issue and fixed it. He was also able to tune-up (i.e. oil hinges) and inspect the garage door at the same time. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have any other needs related to my garage door/opener.

The problem we were having with our garage door opener got fixed...for now anyway. The repairman did nothing more than what we had been doing to the opener and door. But, for some reason, it worked for him. We hope the repair lasts - but it may not - as we made the same exact repair ourselves a few weeks ago; it worked at first, but the door gradually started to not close all of the way, and became worse with each day. The repairman was very professional, kind and considerate, and let us know of Precision Door's policy to apply today's repair fee to a call back if they must return to further figure out what problem the door might be having.
