I was very comfortable in knowing in advance who the technician would be and in having the opportunity to read his bio. Eric showed up on time and after examining the door and the opener, explained exactly what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Was visiting my sons new home when his door opener broke. I had no idea who to call as we are from out of town. By luck I chose you from the yellow page ad. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and got me scheduled the next day. Technician--Eric-was right on time and explained what needs to be done. Door mechanism first needed fixed then I opted to get 2 new openers installed. All work was explained and done in a very timely and professional manner. My son will be needing 2 new garage doors in a few years and we will certainly give you a call first. Many Thanks. You do not mind paying when the job is done timely and correctly.

Dear Owners and Staff of Precision Columbus, Thank you for your speedy response and exceptional diagnosis and repair of our garage door mechanism that holds the opener to studs in the garage ceiling. Your installer/technician (I don't know his title) was efficient, very careful, thorough and competent as well as a good PR person for the company. I believe his name was John. Thank you also for crediting the $161.50 charge in full due to the problem being caused by mistakes at the original installation. Our garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called Percision at 9:00 a.m., Sunday, and John arrived at 10:00 that same morning to fix the door. I called thinking I would have to schedule a time later in the week, but that was not the case. John did a great job and we were very please it was fixed so quickly!
