Derek and David came promptly on Labor Day after I called the night before. It was not emergency, but I appreciated getting my garage door to open. They showed me how to open/close the manual opener in the future and they serviced the springs, tightened bolts, and lubricated all parts. I'm all set for the next power outage, which happens frequently lately.

We had a broken spring in the garage on a Sunday morning. We didn't know if anyone would be open but sure enough Precision Garage Doors were and they came to us in the evening which was the time we had requested. The technician educated us as to what was wrong and helped fix the door within an hour. The service was excellent and the technician even helped lube the other garage door and fix the keypad at a small charge. Overall it was a very satisfying experience and I would recommend them whole- heartedly to anyone.

Two of the panels on my door had been damaged and have small tears, which caused the door to bind while going up and down. I was worried that I'd have to replace the door but Alex quickly threw on a brace which fixed the issue. He also made various adjustments and lubed everything up. I'm very happy they could get it fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price. It definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing door service.

My technician was so patient and polite. I was 10 minutes late unfortunately but he was so understanding. He was efficient and went over and beyond lubricating the tracks on the door and he even did something that eliminated the loud noise the door would make when it opened and closed. I also love that they answerred the phone after a couple rings and got someone out same day. They sent an appointment confirmation email and it listed all the technicians with pictures so you're aware of who is coming to service your request. I was impressed by their concern for their customers safety. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

Precision was great. I called Saturday an hour before they closed and I had an appointment for the next day. Tom was my technician and he was great. He was early and was friendly. The work he had to do was done fabulously and he went above and beyond programming all the remotes, keypad, and opener in my car. Tim immediately found the problem causing my remote openers to work intermittently and fixed it right away. He checked the remotes at several distances before he left. I could tell by his behavior that he knew what he was doing.

Our garage door was popping up when we tried to close it. We expected the opener would need to be replaced. First he checked the existing cables, tracks, sensors, etc. He adjusted a sagging cable and the opening height. He found the track was shimmying and suggested adding a stabilizing bracket. The adjustments and new bracket fixed the problem for little more than the cost of a service call. When we actually do need a replacement, we will call Precision again.
