Our garage door spring broke as I pushed the button to open it trapping both cars inside. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and I had to be at work the next day at 7:00. We called Precision and Derek M. was there within the hour and had us fixed within two hours after arriving. He was courteous, professional and efficient, told us what had happened and what our options were. The door now works better than it ever did...much quieter, and operates more easily. Our garage door keypad had stopped working months ago and I saw commercials for Precision Door on NBC4 and decided to call them. They had an appointment the same day, but we had plans. So they came out the next morning and replaced our keypad. Jonathon Swartz was our service guy and he was super nice and professional! He told me all about how to replace the battery on our new keypad and did general maintenance on our door. I highly recommend this company

I called yesterday morning 5/4/22 and before noon Jonathon S the tech come he explained my option and cost for repair or replacement of garage door. I decided on a new door Jonathon made all the arrangement. Aaron Foster the installer came around 4 pm with the new door and around one hour I had a new garage door the same day. I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who had you come out and repair her garage door. I was beside myself when she told me what she paid to have repair work done on her door, $1700.00 and they only replaced parts not a new door or opener? I ask her to send me the invoice for review and it made me wonder what sales training school they send your techs to upsell service parts. Along with the price for simple things like Torsion cables & center plates. This bill was twice as much than it should have been in my opinion, based on estimates from other companies using the same parts. Seams like when you find a single older individual who needs help quickly, its all about the money for Precision. 100% satisfaction, I don't think so. This is my opinion, if you like your money, compare Precisions estimate to any other company before you buy. thanks for taking the time to read this review.

Fast Service! Called this morning of May 2nd told me they would be here between 2-6pm. Received a call a few minutes later. The tech told me he would be there within 20 min. We were very pleased with the quick response after calling for service. Turned out there was a cancelation and Dmitri was able to get to our house about an hour after we made contact. Our issue was that the garage door was not closing consistently. It would just stop after a few feet then go back up unless we held down on the pad the entire time. Dmitri replaced the sensors and made a couple of other modifications as he felt the door was not acting right. This was all done at no cost as we had extensive work done on our door last year. Precision is the BEST service company I have ever seen. Dmitri is also first rate and goes above and beyond. I would confidently recommend Precision Door Service to anyone!

I can’t say enough about Precision. I always look for Businesses listed with the BBB with good ratings. Precision was that. I was having problems with my existing garage door. They sent Michael B to the rescue. Amazing technician. He was the sweetest and very detailed. He explained everything and did an amazing job! Hats off to Michael and Precision for a job well done! After 20 years in operation, our chain drive door opener broke late one evening. We called Precision around 6pm and was surprised to have a real person answer. They discussed what we were looking for and scheduled an appt for someone to come out the following day. The next day, Dustin called and arrived on time. He inspected all the components, rails, rollers as well as the 2nd door/opener that was working fine. We discussed the different replacement options and elected to go with a belt drive model to reduce noise. Due to the age, we elected to replace both openers. Dustin got to work and a couple of hours later we had the quietest door openers I’ve ever heard! Dustin explained how to operate the openers and was very professional. This is the second time we had Precision out to help us with our garage doors and we highly recommend them.

We had a cable break on our garage door the evening on Tuesday 4/26 we called Precision Garage Door (we have used before) got apt.set for next morning at 8am..service tech Tim Tomlinson was here at about 8:10am and completed the service and was gone before 8:45…replaced 2cables and adjusted the door all under warranty we purchased back in 2005 from them…Outstanding company with very professional staff
