There was a small communication breakdown in lining up the job. It was no big deal and I shared it with my technician so he could provide his team with feedback. At the end of the job he said he had already shared the feedback with the office and they've incorporated the feedback into their regular training. Management gave me a discount because they felt bad about the communication breakdown. Definitely not necessary but definitely a very kind thing to do that communicated a real concern for customer satisfaction!

I called 9:30 AM to get a broken garage door spring replaced. (Lashad) Lake was here before noon, looked over both garage doors and offered four options for one door or both, since I also asked about replacing seals on the bottoms of the doors and anything else that might be needed. He had everything needed on the truck and was done by 3:30. He was friendly, polite, explained all the options and didn't push for the most expensive one. Very glad he was the technician who came out and we would want him for any future work.

David was on time, professional and courteous. I was hoping to have my garage opener line rewired to the main keypad as the other company that installed the opener did a sloppy job. I was hoping to have the wire follow the roof line of the garage. David quickly gave a me a quote which was a fair price, but also suggested that I replace the main keypad with a wireless unit. This option would eliminate all wires and would be less expensive than the quote to rewire! The unit he had in his truck would not work for my opener. He drove back to the office to get the correct one for my opener and returned a little while later. Quick removal of old keypad and install of the new one. David exceeded my expectations as his suggestion is much better then what I was hoping to accomplish! Very satisfied customer!

I called on Sunday and needed maintenance on my garage door. To my surprise one was scheduled to meet my time restraints after church. Young gentleman showed up and gave me all the options. He did not try to up sell me.(much appreciated) repaired my garage door opener. very reasonable given it was Sunday. Totally pleased! When we are in need of a new door i will be calling back.

I called for a simple adjustment to the belt on my garage door opener. It worked fine but in the mindset of preventative maintenance I called Precision to come take a look at it. It turned into trying to sell me a 700.00 service or a 1000.00 service. I think it is preposterous that they charge 209.95 to tighten the belt, tighten a few screws and spray some lubricant. I will definitely check out competition before I call this company again. The only positive thing about the visit was the technician Tom he was very polite.

Service included install of: Belt Drive Garage Door Opener, Springs, & Rollers for our double garage door. Matthew Eberly presented the options available & described information on each, as well as the associated warranties. Matthew was very knowledgeable about the products, & very courteous; there was "no" high pressure sales approach. He was very thorough & neat with his work. He was very patient with listening to our questions & answering each, ensuring that we also understood his answers during his work. Came out within the hour and had the repairs done in the same day! Gave me several repairs pricing options ranging from ~$300 - 4k. I went with $4k just to get it over with and they were done that afternoon. Both gentlemen were friendly and did a great job. Garage doors work beautifully now.

Followed up by the arrival of Dustin, the installation technician who was attentive to our needs, confident in his assessment of the existing garage door equipment at our home - and knowledgeable in translating the solution and the associated time and cost with our project. We could not have been more impressed by the professionalism presented by the entire Precision team. Interesting side note - when I asked Dustin about Precision Door Service's care and support for their employees, he responded immediately about the value placed on each employee, the fair compensation for his good work and the overall positive culture that persists today at Precision.

She called in advance, was prompt, accommodating to some other extra chaos that was going on at my house at the time, answered questions and provided a detailed account of what to expect for a full garage door replacement. I've seen Precision Door Service commercials for some time, but never needed them until Sunday morning when my garage door spring broke and the roller came out of the track. I called them at 10:00 AM and Bianca was very friendly and professional as she scheduled an appointment for that day between noon and 2:00 PM. Derek called shortly after noon and told me he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, and after assessing the situation, prepared three estimates for me ranging from "just get the door working" to "fix the problem and prevent future issues". I chose the full service including preventative maintenance and approximately 90 minutes later the door worked better than it did when it was brand new. If you want an excellent customer service experience, give these folks a call.
