Our friend's car was stuck in her garage (we are responsible for her property) and, she needed to get it out to be able to get to work on Monday. We tried everything to get it out and the garage door would not open. So, we called Precision Garage Door. Everything was completed in a most efficient and timely fashion and Derek Mason is a wonderful representative for your company. The first thing he did for us was to get her car out of the garage which really eased our minds. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and, he gave us several options on what could be done to fix the problem. He explained each option to us and allowed us to choose which one best suited our needs. Then he went to work. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was perfect. We chose your company because of the advertising we have seen on television. You have a first-class operation from the time we called to explain our situation, to the end result. Precision came out on a Sunday. The technician was pleasant and explained everything. He fixed the spring and did a complete inspection of the rest of the system. He was very knowledgeable. Good customer service it appears the work performed was good also.

Tom P. Called and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes to 1 hour. He arrived in 54 minutes, right on time. He was very professional ( except he smelled like cigarettes). He gave me 3 different estimates, good, better, best. I talk with him as he completed the install. He was pleasant to talk to. He did complete the install in 1.25 hours. Which would have been about 1 hour if we didn’t talk so much. This is not the first time I have used this company. I am once again pleased with the quality of the work and the technician, other than he smelled like cigarettes. I will use them again if needed. I think they are a little pricey but the quality of their work very good. P.S. Tom enjoy your Vacation and cruise next year.

First, your sales rep Sara was informative and helped us realize we didn’t need all we expected, which showcased her kindness and generosity. She was great! And then your installer came, Johnny Schwartz and he was fantastic! Friendly as can be, explained everything and did a quality job and cleaned up whatever was needed before he left. We called Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor. We had returned from an evening walk to find that the garage door would not open because one of the springs had broken. We called and asked if someone could come out ASAP since our schedules were such that we needed the door repaired quickly. Walker came to our condo at 9:20 pm and he was terrific. He was an experienced tech and got right to work. He had the spring(s) replaced and we paid him by about 10:10 pm. We bought the heavy duty springs and he also recommended we replace the bearings at both ends of the rod and the bearing in the middle of the two springs. Walker was thorough and you could tell he was excellent at his job. Thanks for the responsiveness and the quality of the work performed. We appreciate it.

Job was to replace an existing garage door that had been damaged. Technician arrived on time, removed all parts of the existing garage door (panels, rails--everything but the garage door opener) and installed a new identical door. Technician was knowledgeable, quick, thorough and personable. Overall OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

David S. is a personable and professional technician who was able to diagnose an intermittent condition that caused unreliable and frustrating operation of our garage door. David also pointed out deficiencies with the existing door components that deterred the effective operation of the door, and that placed undue burdens on the opener. His explanations of the issues were logical and easy to understand. David proposed a number of possible solutions that allowed us choose a cost effective resolution to our problems. He installed a new opener and performed an overhaul of the door components that provided the best warranty for our budget. And additionally, he got everything done within tight time restraints that allowed us to meet our personal obligations. When he left our home, I told him that his employer wasn’t paying him enough! David’s knowledge and workmanship created our loyalty to Precision Garage Doors.
