Our service man was great. But had to charge $110. This is outrageous. It just needed re-programmed. If I had gotten a smarter person on the help line, he could have walked me through doing it myself. I feel ripped off by Precision.

It was very easy to register on-line for an appointment and the serviceman was able to be at my home the next morning. Daniel was the serviceman and he called to let me know he was 30 minutes out. Upon arrival and his synopsis of the situation, he explained that I needed a new spring and ball bearings because what had been put on five years ago was not the appropriate size for my size garage door. He gave me the estimate and completed the work within one hour. I was very pleased with overall response and the service.

As Promised, my garage door was under a 5 year warranty from the work that was performed. About 5 months after the initial repair, the door started squeaking loudly. The tech explained the process, let me know what was happening at all stages and was able to perform on site repairs at the time of visit. I had broken springs on both my garage doors. I was given a quote and an option of putting off replacing rollers. But they were really Old and needed replacing anyway. The process was smooth and I appreciated the quick servicing.
