I'm really frustrated that I put new garage door opener by follow instruction and it's wont let me to open or closed with remote or on wall button. Then I decided to contact Precision garage door service to come and help me to figure out what did i wrong then in a hours he found the errors and fixed it...now its work with remote and button on the wall... The person who installed my garage door was professional and did a good job installing the new opener. The poor rating is due to very poor response from the billing/accounting department. I have tried 3 times (twice via email and once via phone) since the work was done to obtain a receipt for the work done. I paid $929.00 at the time the service. No one is available at this time to speak to me so the dispatcher took a message for someone to call me. I don't have a high confidence level that I will receive a return call. I will not recommend your company in the future.

He was very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgable on the subject. He quoted us $100 less than a previous company. The work was very quick (less than an hour) and well done. He made sure we were happy with the service before leaving. He even gave us advice on how to make different repairs on our own if needed. 10/10 recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs. Very fast, friendly, and easy to work with!

Very pleasant technician. We had a broken spring, not a big deal except we needed it fixed asap, which he did. My issue was the estimate procedure. He put all parts and labor to hang a door minus the panels, close to $2K. Price was more than we paid for the door. This is a single door with a torsion spring. Cost for spring is under $100, average price around $60.00. Tech was here no more than 1.25 hrs including 20 minutes to write the crazy estimate. I was expecting a service charge, couple hours of labor and parts. Evidently they don't do jobs that way. Total price was over $500.00. They are at the very top of the scale for spring replacements. They gave me an estimate and I accepted it but by then it was to late get someone else to do the job that day. My advice don't let time over rule your wallet.

They were timely and came out when they said they would. I ended up going with another company bc Precision was way overpriced. I saved almost $2000 going elsewhere. Do your due diligence and get other estimates. It will save you money by looking at other places.

I called because the wires to my sensors had come loose. Not only did Tim fix the wires, but he did a complete inspection and found another more serious problem, which he fixed efficiently. Great service!
