This was our first time using Precision and it definitely won't be the last. Our technician was on time, friendly and explained everything about the new opener. He even gave us some pointers on 'oiling' the hinges when the door starts to squeak.

I would recommend Precision to anyone having garage door issues. I contacted them on a Friday night and they were here before 10:00 AM on Saturday. Adam H was knowledgeable and professional. He explained some of the items that needed replaced on my 30-year old garage door. There were no high pressure sales at all. The completed work gives me peace of mind and that is priceless!

This was an easy and comfortable process. I reached out for an inspection and possible repair related to the noise and rattling on my aging garage door openers. Precision made getting a new garage door easy. Their price was best, but most important our sales person, Alanna, and the installer, Lashad Lake, were both very professional. All explained and no surprises. Lashad was friendly, on time, cleaned up, and did excellent work. We had a great experience and the new door is beautiful.

When my garage door would not close, a neighbor recommended Precision. They were very prompt in coming out and made suggestions on replacing the various parts. Since I didn’t want to mess with it again I told him to replace the motor, springs and all the parts. Glad the work was all done within a few hours. He even reprogrammed my car remote control for me. Both the person answering the phone and our technician, Jason D. who came to do the repair work were as courteous and helpful as people can be. Jason was thorough in assessing the problems, not only identifying the primary problem, but thoroughly assessing the system overall, so that we could make intelligent decisions about all repairs that needed to be made. He fixed everything we asked him to in an efficient and thorough manner. The work left us with an even better functioning garage door system than we had when the existing one was installed. We've seen your advertising on tv and you definitely live up to your slogan--a name you can trust. The entire repair from our phone call to the service call being completed only took 2.5 hours. Jason fixed my garage door that had a broken cable. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and exactly what was needed to get my garage door working again. He went above and beyond by replacing some old screws to fortify the door. If I ever have any problems with the door in the future I will request Jason.

Precision Garage Door came to our rescue! While we knew the spring broke on the garage door Friday night, we thought we'd be able to manually lift it on Saturday. So when the prior garage door repair company we called didn't get back with us - and we found out we couldn't life the door Saturday morning, I looked for another answer in a panic. Precision was the first company to show up when I Googled garage door repair. I saw 24/7 hours and same day service and called right away. We were given a repair window of 12-4 when I called in at 11 AM. While I wish the repair could have been immediate, when they showed up within 2 hours (at 1 PM), I was quite pleased. The tech looked over the situation, gave me some options on the spring and other fixes/maintenance needed - and had everything with them to do the work when I authorized all services. They were done within the 1.5 hour gestimate they provided and it came time to pay. I have no idea if the pricing is competitive as I didn't have the luxury of getting 3 estimates. I had to cancel one appointment when my car was held hostage by the garage door, I only hoped to set it free in time for the other plans I had that day. The Precision workers were wonderful - efficient, professional and nice to speak to. I highly recommend you give them a call - especially if you're in a pinch. As a follow up - the other company finally returned our call after we'd made the appointment with Precision. As it turns out - they would not have been able to get to us same day. Needless to say, I won't be calling on that company again!
