We called to have our garage door fixed on a Sunday afternoon and Precision was able to come the next morning at 8am! Alex was our serviceman and he was not only friendly and courteous, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was super helpful and knew exactly what to do. He even checked our sensor lights and cleaned off some corrosion to get them to work appropriately! We would absolutely use Precision Door again!

Our spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and we were expecting to wait until Monday before we could call to get an appointment with someone then my wife found the website for Precision door. After a call, we were scheduled for 9-11 on a Saturday night. The technician, Tim, got here early and was done by 7:45. The price for two springs and weekend service was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision if you ever need their services.

Had a great experience with these guys. Called at 6pm and they had Alex onsite promptly at 8am the following morning! He was professional, friendly, and explained the repair he was completing. I found that my garage door wouldn't open at about 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon. I found Precision on the internet, that they were open and near my home. I called about 1pm and was given a window from 3 - 5pm that day. Tom arrived at 2:45, introduced himself, identified the problems and got to work. He was done by 4:15. Great work, incredibly prompt and polite response. Very pleased.

Precision Door responded quickly to our request for a quote on a new door and opener, we knew exactly when they would arrive and communication was great. Dave was our technician for the quote and ultimately our purchase and install. The install took a full day, but was well worth it. Dave carefully dismantled our old door (circa 1957) as well as our old opener (which was no longer functioning). The door was perfectly installed along with the new opener, and all of the old materials were removed without a trace. We're very happy with our new door and opener.

I had a great experience. Our technician David was able to come 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. He immediately found the problem with my garage door, which was a broken spring. He recommended we replace both since the old spring would likely break sooner than later. He also told me about that month's offer of "buy one spring get one half off," which helped bring the cost down. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Though Precision may not be the least expensive company in town, the experience, knowledge and product quality is worth it.
