We were very pleased with the quick response after calling for service. Turned out there was a cancelation and Dmitri was able to get to our house about an hour after we made contact. Our issue was that the garage door was not closing consistently. It would just stop after a few feet then go back up unless we held down on the pad the entire time. Dmitri replaced the sensors and made a couple of other modifications as he felt the door was not acting right. This was all done at no cost as we had extensive work done on our door last year. Precision is the BEST service company I have ever seen. Dmitri is also first rate and goes above and beyond. I would confidently recommend Precision Door Service to anyone!

They sent Michael B to the rescue. Amazing technician. He was the sweetest and very detailed. He explained everything and did an amazing job! Hats off to Michael and Precision for a job well done! After 20 years in operation, our chain drive door opener broke late one evening. We called Precision around 6pm and was surprised to have a real person answer. They discussed what we were looking for and scheduled an appt for someone to come out the following day. The next day, Dustin called and arrived on time. He inspected all the components, rails, rollers as well as the 2nd door/opener that was working fine. We discussed the different replacement options and elected to go with a belt drive model to reduce noise. Due to the age, we elected to replace both openers. Dustin got to work and a couple of hours later we had the quietest door openers I’ve ever heard! Dustin explained how to operate the openers and was very professional. This is the second time we had Precision out to help us with our garage doors and we highly recommend them.

We had a cable break on our garage door the evening on Tuesday 4/26 we called Precision Garage Door (we have used before) got apt.set for next morning at 8am..service tech Tim Tomlinson was here at about 8:10am and completed the service and was gone before 8:45…replaced 2cables and adjusted the door all under warranty we purchased back in 2005 from them…Outstanding company with very professional staff

I just had a battery and spring replaced on my garage door. A very nice gentleman named Tim did my repair. He was extremely professional and explained everything to me before starting the repair. Fantastic experience. Precision delivered as promised in every way. Our break down occurred at 5:00 PM on a Sunday. I called Precision, was connected to a live person. A technician came on Sunday night and repaired the problem. Icing on the cake was our technician, Derek Mason. Derek was a great ambassador for the brand. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He explained the process, provided options, and efficiently solved the problem. First class in every way.

I was very happy with the estimator today. She was knowledgable and very polite. She work up a quote that we were happy with and purchased a new garage door and opener. There was no service performed, we bought the garage door and opener that will be installed next Tuesday.

I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon when my garage door would not open. With a couple of hours Derek was in my driveway! He explained the other things that were going bad on a 33 yr old door and stated that they weren't critical at that time but I elected to have them done to avoid my vehicle being stranded again in the future. To my surprise, he was able to do them right then and there - on a Sunday no less! I did not realize just how bad the rollers, cables, hinges, etc. were on that door until he was finished and it's SO quiet and works so well that I am glad I found Precision.

Online I was attracted to your advertising for various times of available appointments and the numerous positive reviews. I then experienced prompt earlier than expected, appointment with a very wonderful technician Tim, who inspected and gave me all options of immediate necessary repair for my garage door. He also replaced a keypad and showed me how to lubricate and maintain use of my door and left me a can of lubricant Although quite pricey, I was so happy to have the service, I did not say anything.

What amazing customer service. Our garage door stopped working on Easter sunday and I called first thing Monday morning to see about having someone come out. They had an appt open that very afternoon that worked w my work schedule. Dustin was very professional and explained what needed done and why and answered all my questions. He also made sure to go over the quote and explained what each charge was so I understood. He got everything done in a very short time and we are extremely happy w the results! Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. We had a motion light that wasn’t working properly. Precision came out and fix it without a problem and it was still under warranty so we had no charge. They are a wonderful company to work with.
